Ari sat cross-legged on a chair in the lobby, flipping through a magazine.
"Bonjour madame." A tall guy sat on the arm of the chair next to her. She looked around the room unsure of what to say.
"Come again?" She raised an eyebrow, which the guy chuckled at.
"American? I'm Olivier." He smiled a bit.
"Well, I couldn't tell it was that obvious. I'm Ari." Ari held out her hand, which he raised an eyebrow at.
"Vous avez manifestement jamais été ici. You've obviously never been here." He smirked. "Let me take you to dinner. I'll show you around."
"Sure...meet here?" She spoke slowly, not wanting to sound like an idiot.
"Je serai à compter les secondes, madame." He kissed her hand, and was off.
"Gotta love French guys." She chuckled a bit, screaming on the inside.

I jumped out from behind the potted plant the moment the French dude left. Yes, a potted plant. I smirked at Ari. "Really? You've already gotten a date?"

"Hey, the French work fast." She chuckled. "I got a date with a hot French guy, in the middle of Paris!" She sang, doing a little dance.

The potted plant Caroline hid behind was Jacob. The plant was a hat, and the soil was really a shirt inflated. Claycob was currently in the bathroom, hiding. Jacob slowly peaked his eyes just over the rim of the pot. He looked at his spell book and said the words, "êßíäõíï íåñü." A puddle of water apeared under the French guy's feet. He slipped and landed on his face. "Fils de pute!" he yelled as he went down. Jacob smirked and sunk into his pot saying, "Vous avez obtenu ce droit."

I whirled around to stare at the plant. "What the-JACOB?!" I watched as Ari's date slipped. I turned to glare at him. "What was that f-" A thought occurred to me. A grin lit up my face. "You don't like him. You're jealous. Jealous that he asked Ari out when you didn't have the guts to!" I stared at his plant body. "Literally."

"Shhh..." Jacob said from inside the pot. "I'm just a ficcus..." The pot sprouted feet and slowly backed away. Darn. This was supposed to be a good disguise.

I stared after him, then burst out laughing. "You know, the disguise would have worked if you hadn't talked or grew feet!" I remarked, laughter shining in my eyes.

Jacob growled. He stepped out of the pot, and deflated his shirt. "Äåí ìðïñåßôå íá ìå äåßôå," he said, and he became the color of the wall. He was practically invisible. "Should have done this the first time."

Jacob grunted. "Åßìáé ficus!" He emidatley became the plant again. This time, more life-like. "Nope," he said through a tiny mouth on a leaf.
