Tyler blinked, knowing that he didn't have time to heal his eye and that he probably couldnt use it ever again. But... He could seal up the wound and stop the bleeding. He blocked Jacob's sword with his, slowly sealing up the wound into a scar. That would have to do for now. He felt...unbalanced without an eye. He pushed on despite that, spinning and slashing at Jacob's side.

(That sucks for you guys, ) Summer's lips widened into a grin when Shade's eyes flickered open. So Terra wasn't all that bad after all. "Hey, so you're finally awake." A scream from outside made her flinch, but she still kept smiling. "How do you feel?" Summer was relieved to see Shade finally regain consciousness. It had seemed pretty bad when she had first witnessed his wound. Caroline thought when Cole dropped to the ground, she could have a second of rest, but apparently, Cole had been planning it. Caught off guard, Caroline tripped and fell, but caught herself by her hands. She rolled out of range immediately afterwards, knowing to never stay in the same spot as soon as you fall. It was her fatal flaw that she was easily distracted.

(lol, since Shade can't get on, I have permission to play him)
Shade blinked a few more times, unable to remember what happened. He moved his hand, then began to hear the sounds of battle fully. He sat up quickly. Ignoring his shaking arms that were unaccustomed to supporting him. "What happened?"
Cole- He made the ground erupt in vines to bind around Caroline as she made they mistake of not getting up right away. They chased after her, tryin to entangle her and seal her to the ground.

As Caroline saw the vines shooting at her, she jumped to her feet, thinking that she would have a better chance that way. Almost immediately, Caroline had to slash away a few vines, and one almost tangled up her sword. She hated these vines. Caroline could only wait until Cole tired out again before attacking, because the vines would intercept her otherwise.

Cole- He didn't know what the heck he was doing. He was supposed to be taking this seriously. He was supposed to be killing the enemy. He hadn't killed anyone before. The thought had run through his mind seriously once. Can I really end someon's life? Do I even have the right?" Hr had no answer, and fighting Caroline kept him from properly thinking it through. This girl had been the cause of the loss of his twin. He wanted him back. Killing someone wasn't going to bring him back. So he just kept going, running forward and launching a spinning roundhouse kick straight at her shoulder.

Jacob swore loudly as the sword slash his arm. He couldn't react fast enough, jumping backwards, earning him a bloody armpit. He couldn't even lift his sword anymore. He gritted his teeth as he switched arms. He let his right hang limp as pointed his sword for the 3rd time. This time, instead of lunging, he wrapped a tendril around his throat. One of the tightest he's ever made. He hoped it was enough.

Caroline leaned to the side and grabbed Cole's ankle as it flew by, then kicked at his other leg, trying to get him to fall. If she did, she would attack quickly in the moment it takes him to get up again. Caroline just wanted to end this soon, although she didn't really want to kill him.
"You were knocked out by Terra's poison dagger, and right now, it's the middle of the battle. Terra gave me the antidote," Summer explained. "But, right now, you need to rest," she added before he could say anything else.

Tyler- He stepped back the moment he struck Jacob, being cautious. He didn't expect the tendril to come from his blind side. He grabbed at it, struggling to get it off. It was getting harder to breathe. His good eye focused on Keith lying off to the side. He closed his eyes, wondering just what he was doing here, and what his purpose was exactly. The answer was simple. He wanted revenge. He wanted to bite back at the world that was always hurting him. But he had gotten his fill of revenge. It didn't satisfy him. It never did. It never was enough.
Maybe it was time to stop. He opened his eyes, tearing at the tendril, managing to loosen it somewhat enough for him to breathe. All he couldn't understand now. "Why so determined? Why so mad? You barely know Keith. I've known him for three years and you are more effected. Why for someone you barely know?"
Cole- He fell, unexpected at the sudden jerk. He was slightly winded. He managed to roll a little bit to the side to get out of her range. Maybe it was because he was tired from using his powers. He couldn't find the energy to summon anymore plants.
Shade- "What?" He sat up, suddenly remembering the golden flash before confronting Colton. "Wait! You're telling me to do nothing? Colton is-"
Terry- He came into the infirmary, brushing off his bandages and walking up to the two. He was glad Shade had woken up, but it wasn't a good time. "Colton is dead. And you're going to stay here." His gray eyes were dull, and he looked as well as defeated. The camp's were going to lose. "We should take the remaining fighters and retreat. We're going to lose."

Finally deciding he should probably fight - his first real fight since he arrived in camp - despite not having anyone who he considered worth fighting for inside the camp, Zeke stepped out of his Cabin, quickly sending a dagger of ice flying at a demigod he observed wasn't exactly fighting for the camp, though the child wasn't of high rank or of high fighting skill, apparently, as he fell to the ground. So this is what they're fighting? he thought to himself. They really don't stand a chance. Then, I like those odds! He continued to fight, sending more ice flying at various monsters.

Jacob-
Jacob hissed. He limped, the blood still pouring from his leg. The sword must have hit something important in his arm, because he couldn't move it. But he came up behind Tyler and looked at him. He was an animal. Maybe Jacob was too. Because he reached into Tyler's quiver and pulled out the blood-soaked arrow that had his his knee. "It's because I have a soul." He took the arrow and brought it down with all his strength, to peirce the archers neck.

Tyler- The boy stared at Jacob for a moment calmly, making no move to stop him from taking his arrow. That was his dad's gift to him. The whole quiver of arrows and his bow. They had sunlight stored in them, and could flash out in brilliance at his will. He smiled up at Jacob, the arrow glimmering just for a moment before he brought it down. He never expected to die by his dad's hand. "I see. Then I guess I'm sorry to both you and Keith." Then he just fell. He had shifted a bit, and the arrow had sunk into his shoulder. Just for a moment, he remembered when he had first seen his dad, and felt so proud and glad that he had been acknowledged. His vision flashed red, but he wasn't going to react to the excruciating pain. He would die smiling brighter than the sun. And he did. He closed his eyes after throwing one understanding and apologizing look, and then everything was dark. Andy Neilson, Hesphaestus- Destruction was a favorite for this boy. He just simply liked to blow thugs up. He was the playful type. He had really just joined Gaea because another friend had done the same. He didn't care which side he was on. He chucked some bombs with Greek fire into the camp cabins, setting them alight. He caught sight of Zeke who was shooting the ice. Well, he was the opposite, how convenient. The boy jumped down, knocking aside a piece of ice and sending a small spark of flame back in a counter attack. His power wasn't great, and he didn't have control of it, so he would rather oth use it too much.

Caroline dashed after Cole, then aimed a few blows at him, resisting the urge to stop and look away. This wasn't right; they shouldn't be fighting each other! They have a common enemy: Gaea! When would the demigods realize that?
Summer's grin faded. "Wait, what? Colton's dead?" She must have been too caught up in trying to get the antidote safely to Shade that she didn't notice. For all she knew, she might have just walked past him. Summer resisted the urge to ask what happened, because she was too stunned by what Terry had just suggested. "What? Retreat?" Summer repeated disbelievingly. "We're not going to..." she trailed off because her words were meaningless. Of course they were going to. "But we can't just give up..." Of course they could. And it could save more lives. "But..." Summer couldn't think of a reasonable protest, especially not against a son of Minerva. "This is our home! We have to protect it. We can't just leave, and..." She was close to tears now. The thought of leaving the camp to be destroyed was unbearable. This place had been her home for 9 years.

Shade sat up at his friend's words. "What? Colton?" Last time he had seen him, he had taken a poisonous dagger for him. Now he was dead?
"You want us...to retreat..." Shade said the words slwoly, letting them sink in because they made no sense. It infuriated him because they stood no chance. It infuriated him that it had all been a meaningless battle. It had infuriated him that he hadn't been able to protect the camp or the dead. But it made sense. Shade was silent, staring at his bedsheets.
Cole- He coughed, backing up and managing to retrieve his sword. He stumbled away from Caroline, taking a quick swing just out of coution to keep her away from him. He was running out of energ, he had used to much without realizing his limit. Now, he was going to lose, and that just made him downright furious.

Caroline chased after Cole, realizing that he was almost at his end. He was going to lose soon, and losing meant losing his life. At that thought, Caroline skidded to a stop, hesitating. She wasn't going to kill demigods because they were brainwashed! They could still work together! There was a chance the camps could be saved if they'd only stop fighting...right?! She didn't know what exactly she was going to do, but it was worth a try. "Don't you understand? Fighting is meaningless! It's family that matters, and Gaea is only taking advantage of your anger..." Caroline winced, because she had been the reason Cole had lost the last of his family, leaving him blinder than ever. "How do you know Gaea will keep her promise?" Caroline demanded, trying something else. "You saw what she did to those who bargained with her," she insisted, remembering the fake Dodge. "How can you still trust her after that?"
"Shade?!" Summer turned to the son of Pluto desperately, like he was her only chance left. "You can't agree with Terry!! We have to stay and save the camp...we have to..."

Zeke grinned at the challenge Andy had offered by deflecting his ice. Throwing another shard, he formed two icy katana, one in each hand and both razor sharp, ready to freeze anything they came into contact with. "Well, I'm a little new at this whole 'saving the camp' thing," he laughed. "Care to go easy on me?"

(Gosh, Ace did a lot while I wasn't here... Time to take back control XD)
Shade flinched when Summer turned her gaze-and questions-on him. He was silent for a moment. He could feel both of their gazes locked on him. "Well...I don't know...What would you rather do then? Keep fighting and have every last one of us wiped out? I mean, we can't just waste the lives we have right now."
Cole- He raised his shaking sword, pointing the tip of his blade at the daughter of Neptune before him. His vision was slightly blurry. "Dillon...Then give back Dillon! If family is all that matters, why isn't my brother here? I don't have family left here. My friends are all on the other side."
Andy- He looked back at Zeke, a bit playfully. He wasn't the type to take things too seriously, such as killing, mauling, etcetc. But he liked destruction and such. He just would rather do it in an uninhabited area. But he had an oppurtunity to blow things up now, so it would work. "Go gentle on you? I don't know. If I do, I assume you'll kill me." He smiled that carefree smile of his, reaching a hand into the bag b his side. "Let's have some fun instead, okay?" The Greek fire bomb was out of his bag and through the air in an instant, aimed at Zeke with a dangerous crackle of the countdown until the explosion.

(LOL)
"But we can't just leave the camp!" Summer insisted again. "This is our home!" She felt like stomping her feet in frustration like they did in the movies. "And we won't be wiped out! We...we..." Summer knew they were right, but refused to admit it. "We just can't! We can win!"
Caroline could only shoot him a desperate look. "I can't. I'm sorry. But you know that it's the r...the r..." She couldn't say it was the right choice to fight for the camps. Was it really? Soon, they would all be dead unless something happened. "But Gaea's evil!" Caroline knew she sounded lame, but she couldn't think of anything else.

Hundreds of images were jumbling through Jacob's mind. Nothing was coming through. He was dragging himself to the infirmary, with only his right leg and left arm. Blood was everywhere. Not only his own. Bodies were littered across the camp. His camp. His home. And they were campers. He recognized all of them. Marcella of Ares, an arrow to the head. Timothy of Aphrodite, gash to the stomach. Even Chuck from Hermes, the boy who'd sold Jacob countless gags, neck snapped. His friends. His family dying all around him. Not only the campers. The Romans. Just like Kieth. The images were slowly fading. Not just the memories. The battle was going dark too. He'd killed someone. Not some hellhound, but a demi-god. He''d killed a child of Apollo. One of Maxine's brothers. Or Ari's. Or... Mikayla's. He was a murderer. He sobbed, crawling. The battle was over. Gaia would win. He just prayed they didn't find the safe place were he hid Mikayla. That stubborn fool. She's probably snuck out to fight. He saw a fellow camper maybe they could help.... But he couldn't do it. The blood loss....
Everything went dark...

(NOOO don't do it bro!!!)
Shade stared at Summer almost helplessly. He could see that Terry shared his expression. He shook his head slowly, wondering how they were going to get Summer to agree. "It's to save lives. We don't have a choice." He got up off the bed, throwing aside the blankets. "Where should we run to? I'll start shadow-traveling survivors."
Terra~ She burst into the infirmary, the few guards at the front weren't enough to stop their army. She spotted Shade, Terry, and Summer. She turned away, breaking eye contact. It hurt, the guilt. The army streamed in, downing the medics.
Andy- "Go easy? I'm afraid you'll kill me if I do." He laughed in a carefree way and swept forward, releasing some more explosives at Zeke.
Cole- "Shut up!" He sounded so conflicted, his voice breaking like a million pieces. "Shut up! Shut up! My brother! My mom! My friends! Give them back before you say we are evil! Don't kill them if you aren't evil! Don't neglect your fucking children if you aren't evil! The gods don't CARE!" They were in the forest now, and no one could see them.

(No don't Jay!! Ugh so fucking pissed at my keyboard. The spacebar isn't working properly.)
Summer sighed, falling silent and looking down at her feet. Evidentally, they weren't going to listen to her anyways. And their safety was more important than camp, right? Without them, there would be no camp. They could always rebuild the camp, too. But it wouldn't be the same... But things changed, and Summer knew that. Sometimes even for the better. Reluctantly, she dragged herself to her feet, forcing a smile at Shade and Terry. "Alright, then. You're right. Our lives are more important." It was what they were fighting for all along. "What about the mortal world? Even though we're all wounded, we should be able to fight off monsters who are stupid enough to attack us. We'll figure it out from there," Summer suggested. Just then, all hell broke loose as Gaea's army streamed in. "Quickly!"
"They do care! What do you think this camp is for? What do you think we're fighting for? You know Gaea's only manipulating you!" Caroline objected. "Don't let your personal feelings get in the way of your judgement!"(Or is it 'judgment', without the first 'e'?)
