As Ellie walked into that cabin on the usual sunny day, she felt as if she were being born again. You know, starting a new life. And technocholly, she was. She had left the farm she used to live on in Oklahoma, and was now offically starting her new life. This place was strange, full of children normal people would call freaks (Exept for her dad, because her dad was nice. Her would call them amazing). Anyway, she placed her two suitcases on an uninhabited bed and started unpacking. In one suitcase was her clothes, and in another were her pocessions, which included a family photo (just her and her dad, her cat and their one sheep, but she really didn't care that it was only two people, a cat and a sheep), a mini pillow that still smelled like home, cat supplies, her many favorite books, and plenty other things.
Ellies cat, Pom, jumped onto the bed and immediatly fell asleep. Pom had traveled a long way with Ellie and was probobly just as exausted as she was. Ellie uncomfortablly sat on the bed and pet Pom gently. Her gray fur was matted and dirty, while Ellies blonde hair was just as matted and dirty. She then picked up book 9 of A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Carnivorous Carnival and started to read, as Ellie had become bored.

"Hey." she says, her voice still slightly raspy. Her knuckles tap lightly on the wooden doorframe. "I heard there was a new camper. Demeter, huh?" She leans back against the wall, looking at Ellie out of the corner of her eye.

She looked up from her book- Which was very good, by the way- and looked at Dawn. "Huh? Oh, yep. I'm Demeters kid and very proud to be Persephones half-sister. Who's you and who is your Olympian parent?"

(Hey I have a friend who reads those books too!) "Hey, Dawn!" I called as I walked up. "Wanna swordfight with me for practice?" I noticed she was talking to a girl. Demeter. "Hi." I said.

Crystal walked up behind her. Actually she was leaning against the cabin wall but no one noticed. "I'll do it." She stopped when shse saw the girl Summer and Dawn were looking at. Demeter kid, apparently. "Hiya!"

(Nice! Did you read any? They're really good in my opinion.)
''Hello," Ellie replied, her eyes still fixed on the words in her book. She somehow felt better now that she has made a few acquaintences. Pom woke up, stretched her stiff muscles for a bit, and fell asleep again.

(No. Hey, Crystal. Alice reads those.) I ignored Crystal.

(Oh she does?) Crystal stuck her head partly into the cabin and looked around. One of the neatest, definately.

(Yeah remember? She kept telling us.) I noticed something. "Dawn, are you okay?"

Crystal jerked her head back in such a fast movement if you hadn't seen her head in before, you'd think she was like that the whole time.

"What do you mean, am I okay? I'm not dead, am I? That's about the best I've ever been." she says to Summer, slightly hostile. Since her time in the Hospital, the girl had never liked to show weakness, but her illness makes it hard not to. She turns back to Ellie. "I'm Dawn, as you probably noticed. Dawn Summers. Daughter of Apollo. I know your mother, but what's your name?"

Crystal looked the girl over. She had seen her before, and heard other people talking to her. Not that she'd admit she'd spied, of course. But she remembered what someone called her... "It's Hannah, right? Daughter of...Hermes?"

"Yes." replied Hannah. "Don't worry I'm so into pranks, only occasionally when I get bored." she added wondering what they thought a daughter of Hermes was like. "And your... Crystal?" she asked.

I blinked, slightly hurt. "Well, I'm Summer Anderson, daughter of Zeus."

"Oh, no. Summer, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that." she says quickly, realizing her wrong.

"Do you all really have to have these conversations in Demeters cabin? I get headaches very easily."

"Actually, I do what I want where I want." she snaps. "But I see I'm not welcome here." She turns on her heel and stalks out, music already beginning to swirl around in the air. (More specifically, this song- www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mw6Se1Wo4S4)

"Well miss daughter of Demeter, I'm sorry for giving you a head ache but just because my father is a messenger god does not give you the right to order me around. Remember that so we don't get into a fight." she said boldly.

"Exactly what do you mean by that? I'm not ordering you around! All I did was ask if you needed to have all of your conversations here and mention that I get headaches easily!" she said with a not very nice expression on her face.
