"He is." Crystal interjected quickly with a sharp glare at Tillie. "But I'm pretty sure someone was already picked from his cabin. And he was banished for chasing an off-limits wood nypmth, (I think that's what it said in the book) NOT because the gods didn't care." Crystal didn't like Dionysus, but she was fair. Sometimes.

Alec payed no attention to the pointless jabbering of the girls "Yeah like your dad is anymore important!" he growled "I heard he got cheated on, last time I checked he only had 2 kids whats that no girls like him, what a shame, and what does he do make metal!" he snarled. The vines around his feet started growing like crazy, as he fought to control his anger

The comment apparently hits home. "Don't you EVER say anything like that again." In an instant, she is off of Splatter, her face inches from Alec's. Almost tangible rage flows off of her.

"Why don't you try?" his voice was a challenge. You could she his eyes slowly flickering from human to leopard. The vines startled growing even larger as they crawled around his feet
