I grabbed Allissa and snuck out the back of the Cabin. "Shh.." I hissed as we clambered out.

"Let's get out of here!" I turned myself into a cricket and checked on the Athena kids, who were glaring suspisiously at Summer and Arabella. I hopped back to Crystal, turning human. "Not safe. They're over there, giving Summer and Arabella the 'Whatareyoudoinghere' look."

"Um...okay?" I said. I'd never actually turned anyone else into an animal before, but, ah. I waved my hand and Crystal stared shrinking until she was a average looking American Bald Eagle. "Hey, it worked..."

I beat my wings experimently. Then I took off and hovered over Summer's head, screeching. I didn't exactly have a plan, but to make the Athena kids think she'd been following me, or something. "Squaeeeee!"

I looked up. "Oh hey, Summer..." I trailed off. The bird flapped above, letting out screeching noises. I opened my mouth but stopped abruptly when I noticed the eagle had green eyes. Sea green eyes.

I finally kinda-sorta got Crystal's plan since I could understand animals talking. [No offense, Crystal. Techinically, right now, you are an animal.]

I beat my wings, a little flick and rose a few feet into the air. I began to drop, so I stalled and before I could fall out of the sky, I flicked my wings again. It got annoying going up and down, so I started wavering my wings slightly to remain balanced. I dropped down next to Ally, but before hitting the ground I shot upwards, stalled, and perched on Ally's shoulder. Sure it was weird, but it was also really cool. I had to be careful not to fly too high, though. (I look like:  ONly with green eyes, of course,) |

I followed the eagle [along with Summer,] to a clump of trees where Ally was waiting. The eagle perched on the daughter of Hecate's shoulder. "That was close..." I mumbled.

"Ya think. Couldn't you guys have exited through the window in the back?" I said in hushed tones and I ushered everyone back to the Poseidon Cabin. Crystal fidgeted on my shoulder.

"I was thinking the same thing." I squacked, before remembering probably only Ally could understand me. To Summer and Bella, I sounded like "Squeeee! SquAAAck. SquUUaaAAck!"

Crystal squacked indignantly.
"Sorry. Anyway, that's Crystal, Bella. And I'm pretty sure she doesn't like being introduced as 'your little friend'." I chuckled.
