There was a small opening at Summer's nose so she could breathe, but the water also pinned her to the ground and she wasn't able to move.
Too bad using lightning would electricify her. And daughters of Zeus weren't immune to electricity.
Smirking, and not even turning around, I said, "It's water. You can't unwrap it."
