"Umm sure, to quickly sum up my miserable past 12 years: my parent abandoned me in the street near an orphanage. So I was found by the owner Mrs Fallon, not the nicest person I've met. In fact she's evil, she acts like a human hellhound! And it's been escaping bullies, escaping Mrs Fallon, and escaping lots of otter stuff too. Basically my life has been escaping stuff. I'm a pretty good runner," he said to Ari, his past wasn't one of his favorite subjects, but she wad a friend. So Jake had just decided to shorten it and give as little details as possible, that orphanage was something he wanted to forget.

"Oh. That's sad. When I was 9, my mom died in a car crash, and at 12 my step-dad died of Colon cancer. Me and my siblings were suppose to be put in foster care, but I ran away. Reighyn found me on the streets and took me in. We went out for a while, but then he started beating me, and burning me with lighters when he got mad, and he um, he kinda raped me also. So I called the cops and ran away from him, and a satyr found me and brought me here. Apparently one found Reighyn also, seeing as though he's here..." I said looking at my feet. "Oh yeah, and when I got here and tried to IM my brother, assuming he knew, but I found out he was convicted of murdering my 2 little sisters."

Jake sat up, "Oh my gosh, that's horribly. Now that I think about it, living in that orphanage must've been heaven for you... Well, Mrs Follon use to beat us with a ruler if we didn't please her. I wasn't very lucky, I was her least favorite."
