I stared at her, then lightning came zapping into the window, shattering it to pieces. "I'll get that fixed later." I said calmly. "Now do you believe me?"

Fern blinked a few times. Some how this didn't surprize her at all. "I suppose.." she said. She made an effort to stand. as soon as she did a gaping hole opened up in the cabin floor. Flames licked up her leg. It didn't hurt at all. After about thirty seconds the flames disapeared and harvested themselves neatly into the hole which closed, only leaving a hole in the floor. She stared at her once injured leg. Only a scar was left where the wound was. The shirt had been burned off of it. It didn't even hurt.
"Summer.... I think I fully believe you now..." she said staring at her leg with wide eyes.

Fern raised her eyebrow, "Yeah, uh-huh. I shure had a lot of fun so far," she rolled her eyes in a half goon natured manner.
