I hopped up from behind a tree, shaking drops of monster blood off my sword. Killing monsters gave me something to do besides think about my dead friends.

Amber walked into the woods to put flowers where the two demi-god children died. When Amber walked there she saw Ari with.......oh no....."NO!!!" She screamed droping the flowers and running over to Ari.

I practically jumped out of my skin when I heard Amber scream, and whipped around in her direction. Amber bounded past me and towards Ari. I turned, again, and actually noticed what Arianna was holding.

Jay and Victory came running to the forest when they heard Amber screamed. They heard a bunch of nos. Jay noticed what Ari was holding. "Oh No You Don't Arianna!" Jay screamed. Jay ran faster to Ari with Victory right at her heels.

I promptly dropped my sword-very unlike me, considering I'd made it myself-and stormed to over to Ari. "Look," I growled, "if you're thinking about doing this because of the reason I'm thinking of, you need to wake up and smell the roses.
"You're not the only one upset, but I don't think we'll suddenly see all of..." I almost choked on the name, so instead I said, "her friends trying to kill themselves, do we?
"She might've been your best friend, but unlike her," It sounded rude, but there was no other way to put it, "you have a life. And you're going to throw that all away?" I'm never good at convincing people to do things, except threatening them with death. In this case, I'm pretty much trying to do the opposite, and I was almost sure what I said had no affect on Ari.

I jumped out of a tree. "Hey, what's going on, guys-" I froze, then, without thinking, I launched myself at the box in Ari's hands.

I gave Ari my best glare. "I understand, alright," I growled, stepping away as Summer launched herself blindly at what Ari was holding, "and I understand that you don't care. Do you think Dakota would want you to do this?" I challenged.

"Ari," I said, my voice quivering slightly. "We already lost....we don't want to lose you, too. Drop the box." I was already thinking of a way to blast it with lightning without hitting Ari.

"You idiot!" I screamed at Summer. "Kicking the box won't do anything! Help me get her to the Infirmary, now. I think she's still breathing." I grabbed Ari's arms and dragged her across the ground for about two seconds before roaring in frustration and pulling water out of the creek to carry her.
