"I'm here for my sister," Jacob said. He looked at Gaia and saw that she didn't like the answer. He sighed. "I-I'm h-here to join y-you." Gaia smiled. "But I want to see my sister," he said.

"You must make a sacrifice and pledge yourself to Gaia." I said simply. I bowed to Gaia and backed off to the side to let Jacob face Gaia.

Jacob rolled out his dice for a dagger. He held it to his palm. He tried his best to hold back his tears. "I pledge my alegence to Gaia, to help her bring upon the downfall of Olympus..." Jacob paused. He couldn't hold his tears now. "In exchange for my sister's life." He slashed his palm. As his blood dripped into the pool, his tears were mixed in. After 50 drops, he pulled a bandage out of his backpack and wrapped it around his palm. Jacob was silent. He walked over to join the group. He looked at the only two familair faces. "Crystal, I know you snapped and you couldn't help it. But Summer..." he looked at her. "You knew better."

Sam just snorted lightly. She looked at Gaea, no, not a look, but a glare. Why should these new recruits be treated better. She's been helping to find an opportunity to help Gaea to rise for a year and a half now! But no, no better treatment for Sam.

My eyes darkened and I winced when Jacob said that, but my expression hardened again. "That is none of your business." I told him briskly, then turned to Sam. "I-I'm sorry for yelling at you before." I didn't meet her eyes.

Crystal-er, Krissie-doing death threats was normal, but she never sounded like she actually meant it...unlike now. "We're not waiting for anything," Bella said evenly, trying to ignore Krissie. "It's just that more and more people seem to pop out of nowhere."

"And Summer," she added, "I did the whole sacrifice at camp for her-Gaea is the earth so it didn't exactly matter where, and so I wouldn't turn back if I got scared and wanted to."

Krissie turned slowly, raising one eyebrow. Her cold sea-green eyes glittered as she looked this 'Quin' over. She didn't say anything, just cast a glance at Gaea.

Quin took a small knife that she had in her back pocket she cut a deep gash into her palm and she stood there looking the blood dripping down.

Krissie could sense the power in the crumbled Wolf House grow slightly. Not too much, just very slightly, but enough for anyone powerful enough to detect it.
