"Well, here we are. I'll let you get settled in. Okay?"Chiron said. Ivy Teirm nodded. Ivy walked into the cabin, and looked around. A few campers were lounging on the beds, but no one really payed any attention to her. She had just recently come to camp, and was lucky to be claimed pretty quickly. Noticing an empty bunk next to a window, she dumped her backpack on it. Laying down on the bed, she stared at the ceiling. "What a day. And I still can't believe this is really happenin."Ivy muttered.

Ivy noticed some new girl walk into the Athena cabin, and decided to follow her. "Hi, I'm Ivy." she told her. 'Who's you?"

I turned around at the talking and saw Ivy, and since I'd heard what they were saying, the other Ivy. "He...llo?" I asked.

Katie butted in. "I'm Katie," She said, flashing the new girl a smile, "daughter of Aphrodite."

"Hi Katie."Ivy replied, beginning to feel a little overwhelmed. She had barely made it to Camp Halfblood alive, and she hated to admit it, but it had scared her, alot. She appreciated the girls' friendliness, but the day was really beginning to catch up to her. "Well, I'm going to go get settled in. I'm kinda tired. I'll see ya later, k?"Ivy said, and went into her cabin, hoping she hadn't offended them, but she was about ready to drop. She set her backpack on the ground and leaned out the window, feeling the cool breeze. She thought about the morning, how the monster had come after her, how she just barely made it inside the camp borders where a centaur was waiting for her. It was just too much. Do all new campers feel like this? She thought. Reaching for the edge of the bed, she sat down, feeling light-headed.

I walked into the Athena hoping to get one of them to help me with this really really reallyx12 hard question. I opened the door and stepped inside.
"Hello? Hellooooooo." I whispered. I noticed a girl in the corner looking...rather sick. "Hi. You new? Haven't seen you before."
"I don't mean to be rude but i'm really tired, and feeling a little light-headed, so can we...do this another time?" She said leaning back.
"Oh, i'm sorry. Maybe I can help, I am a daughter of Apollo you know." I said sitting down next to her.
"I'm fine. I'm just really tired."
"You sure? Maybe you should go to the infirmary."
"I'm sure. I'll just lay down for a while. I'll catch you later, ok?"
"Alright. Where's Brook? Maybe she can help me."
"Who?"
"Your cabin leader..."
"Oh, uh I really don't know. I'm sorry I just got here."
"No, it's cool." I said standing up.
"Wait. Maybe I can help you. What is it?"
"It's a question. Alright. If a tree falls and there's nobody around to hear it, does it make a sound?"

Ivy thought a moment. "I've heard that question before......If sound is caused by waves that bounce towards you, and your brain recognizes it as a sound, but there's no there to hear it then......"Ivy said, thinking out loud. "Oh, I don't know! Sorry, sometimes I kinda think and I don't really realize I'm saying it out loud."Then she laughed. "You know what? I think I'm feeling better. Your question got my mind off this morning. Maybe, I'll go explore around camp a little. The only thing I'm going to do here, is make myself worse by thinking about that monster."She shuddered, and stood up. "Oh, and about your question. I'll keep thinking on it, and let you know."

Suddenly embarrassed, Ivy decided to leave the cabin to look around camp. "That's the problem with being a child of Athena. When you show a little knowledge, everyone stares."She muttered, then smiled. "Oh, what the heck, it doesn't really matter."
