He had shadow traveled over to Caroline's side in the middle of the battle. Shade had gained full control of his powers. Gaea had taught him everything. She had trained him. And he had never told anyone he had betrayed them. He would announce it now that he had joined the Earth.
"Caroline, you're not hurt, are you?"
Something inside him made him stir. His summoned swords were flaming. He couldn't fight them fully. And he could never hurt Caroline...what was he going to do?
Kill her and prove your loyalty to me. Or do you not want to know what these really are?
The power of the voice crashed through his mind, causing him to bend down suddenly as images of his past flashed through quickly in his mind. Each one mocking him. They sped through, hazy. His head felt over loaded. He grabbed his head. It felt like if he let go, it would explode.

Willow had just come from a therapy session with a satyr, but he was acting weird, so she left, Draco following her. And then she heard the swords clashing, and sped up. Willow looked around the battlefield. Romans. Traitors. But Willow didn't want to attack a few of them for some reason. Willow neeed a closer looked, but for now she fought. Willow pulled out her drakon tooth, and looked at it. It grew in size until it was the size of a full lengthed sword, but covered in poison that caused pain and fear. She slashed at a random boy, and draco bit the boy after he feel to the ground, screaming in pain, "Draco. Take no prisoners." Willow commanded. Draco nodded, and Willow rushed into the fight, her big dog following her.

I turned to him in relief. "Shade! Oh my gods, I thought I had lost you!" I wiped a tear out of the corner of my eye. "It's nothing serious-" I froze when he clutched his head. "Shade!" I had seen this happen before.

He couldn't answer Caroline. His voice was a whisper to Gaea. A beg. He didn't want to hurt Caroline. He couldn't. The pain made him feel like fainting, but it kelt him from fainting just as well.

Willow looked at Caroline, and saw a boy next to her, looking insane. Now Willow was happy. She could kill people, and help her father. She smiled, stabbing her tooth/blade into a traitor's throat. A crazy laugh escaped her throat . Draco's eyes were a brighter red than they had ever been before.

Worry flashed in my eyes. I turned to Terry. "Can you help him? Why is he like this?" I didn't wait for a reply. Out of desperation, I doused him with water.

Meanwhile... (again, you guys keep changing the subject.. shee!)
Jeremy was forced back by a wave of 7 monsters. He blocked a few strikes. Jeremy stabbed his sward in to a beast. The beast disintegrated leaving 6 more left. Jeremy let out a battle cry and killed 2 more of them. Jeremy was getting over powered. He was kicked on the stomach, making him stumble back. He regained his balance, but a Colchis bull rammed into him. Jeremy flew backwards into another demigod.
Jeremy struggled to get up. The four beasts circled around him, their teeth bared.

The images increased, faster and faster. He fell to the ground in pain. The water splashed onto him, but her didn't even feel it anymore.

Willow heard a few sounds of pain, and looked in the direction of Jeremy, and ran towards her half brother. Draco attacked one of the monster surrounding Jeremy, and Willow simply stabbed one in the paw, and it yowled in pain, and stabbed it again, turning it to dust. That should give Jeremy enough time to regain himself.

"Shade!" I shrieked. I was really scared now. And it didn't help that this was between a battle. I knelt down next to him, trying to get him to sit up. "Can you hear me?"

Terry watched Shade for a second. His eyes not understanding. He turned around to see Jeremy surrounded by the monsters. Not good....
"Ugh, wait for me." He told Caroline and charged into the field. His kick smashed into a monster. His mother's knowledge powering him to remember the monster encyclopedia. He aimed for joints and weak spots with his staff, finishing off two.

Willow looked at Terry and nodded, "Thanks for not becoming one of them." She said, bloodlust in her voice, before she ran off, stabbing a traitor on the way.

There was no one fighting on Jeremy's side outside... so its up to him. He and the 4 beasts battled for another minute. Jeremy was tiring out, so he threw his sword at one beast. As the beast dodged it Jeremy ran through the open space that the beast just made. Jeremy grabbed his sword and ran towards the door.
Jeremy knelt on the ground, panting. He was unaware of his surroundings. But he was mad that he was beaten. He couldn't accept his defeat. Then he saw Terry coming to help.
'Just in time' Jeremy thought bitterly

Shade caught her words, her voice.
Do you really not want to know your past? I can give you back your mentor. He is still alive.
The words brought on shock. Shade opened his eyes and looked up at Caroline. Dodge, his mentor. He was still alive? He remembered every distinct second they had spent. Like brothers. And Pluto had torn them apart. He wasted him to be alive more than anything. The images stopped flashing. He had no choice...
"Caroline....get out of my way. Stop worrying about me."
He grabbed his swords and slashed out at the girl in front of him suddenly. His eyes were clouded. The flecks of gray turning a hard black and clouding his eyes.

Willow looked around, and sighing, leaned on Draco. She was waiting peacefully in the middle of a battle for someone to come and attack her.

After finishing off the two monsters, he looked back in time to see Shade grab his swords...What?!
"What are you doing?" Terry pushed Carloine out of the way. He kept in mind he would apologize for not being gentler. Shade's sword clashed against the golden staff he was holding. The force of his swing was so much stronger than when they had trained in the past. When did he get so strong?
Terry looked int his eyes....Shade's eyes were hazel, not black.
"Shade?!"

Willow got her wish. Soon, about five monsters came. Three hellhounds and two wolves. Big wolves. Oh well. That was better than nothing. Draco attacked the two wolves, killing them instantly, while Willow went for the Hellhounds. She jumped onto the back of the first one, and stabbed her tooth into it's neck. Then to the second one, which slashed at her, but Willow stuck out her blade. The creature howled in pain, an Willow used that to stab it's chest. They were both dust now.

Shade's eyes were glazed. He was breathing hard, cold sweat running down his neck from the images. He needed to know. And he needed to get his mentor back. If he told Terry, he would probably flip about Dodge still being alive. Terry had been so depressed about his brother...Shade wasn't going t tell him now and hurt him.
"Terry....get out of my way!"
His voice was shaky, but he raised his right sword that danced in flames and slashed at his friend.

[Okay. Now someone better log on. This isn't the battle I expected. I didn't expect so many people to just be having little drama. aye yi yi.]
Willow got by Draco, "You're the best friend I've ever had." Willow was saying goodbye. Just in case. She buried her face in Draco's fur, then looked out again, being ready for anything.
