Ethan stumbled into the cabin. He hated his mother. He wanted to kill her, she deserves it. He sat down on one of the empty bunks and put head in his hands. He looked up and said, "I hate you."

Ethan's head popped up at the noise, he thought he was alone. "Uh, hi. I'm Ethan, Ethan Grant." He cursed inside his head, you have to be careful of what you say everywhere you go.

Izumi walked in tot he cabin after morning training. She looked up to see a gril she had never seen in her cabin. And another boy. The little eleven year old girl studied both of them for a while, too shy as usual to speak up.

I heard footsteps and realized that someone must have walked in. I spun around, and relaxed my guard slightly when I realized that it was just another camper. "Hi," I said brightly.

Izumi caught her eye. She was leaving next week anyway to go spy. But it would wait until night for her departure. "H-hi, I'm Atsuko Izumi, but please call me Jade." She told both of them with a shy smile. She walked up to Ethan. "So we'll be living in the same cabin for minor gods, um, welcome."

"Thanks." He said to Jade. He raised an eyebrow at Carry, his eyes changing from soft blue, to a warm brown. He let out a deep sigh. He bit his lip, trying not to let tears escape. He could only think about one thing...

Izumi was silent for a while. Since his brother didn't arrive with him, it could only mean one thing. Although Izumi looked young, she was pretty mature for her age. "It's okay to be sad, but live for the future. We'll be your friend's here." Her eyes studied his. They changed color. It was odd, but as a kid, it made Izumi fascinated.

His eyes changed color yet again, this time to a hazel. "It's my mothers fault he's dead!" He muttered. "She could have saved him, she could have done something!" Ethan clenched his hands into fists. "She left Ewan for dead."

Ethan sighed and wiped his eyes. He eyes changed to a green-gray. (That must be very amusing to watch) Here he was, a 16 year old boy crying, and a 11 year old is being the mature one. (Also the Yoda like one)

I watched the scene silently. My mind was racing. If he hears about Gaia, he'd probably join. Or maybe Jade's speech was enough to keep him sane? I remained silent. I didn't want to disturb a peaceful moment...
