I slashed at its face and jumped out of the way as it tried to grab me with large meaty hands.

It roars, as its hands clasp empty air. Dawn darts out of the forcefield, slashing and turning with a dagger she keeps in her belt.

Crystal charged it after gaping at it for a few seconds. She stuck her sword deep into the minotaur's leg. It roared at grabbed at Crystal. She jumped, grabbing her sword again and dodged it's hands as it again tried to hit her.
