Luner turned and ran after Caroline. "Hey wait up!!" she called out. She stopped when she caught up with her. "So this is the rock climbing wall?"

I nodded, then turned to her. "Shall we start?" Without waiting for an answer, I grabbed a ledge and hauled myself up, then grabbed another ledge. Then my feet left the ground, and they rested on the first ledge. "You coming?" It didn't have the safety rope thing.

Luner looked a little freaked out, but she nodded. "Yeah, I'm coming!" She hauled herself up by Caroline. She went up the next ledge, deciding not to look down because of her fear of heights.

I smiled encouraging at her. "See, this isn't too bad. Well, we're not at the lava and boulders part yet, so..." I then realized I had spoken out loud, and changed the subject. "So, how's life?"

Luner noticed the last part of her sentance, but just used that as a warning. "Eh. Lifey," she replied laughing. "It was terrible, but things have gotten better here."

I smiled. "Lifey, eh?" I laughed. We were about half way up now. "Time for the boulders!" I called gleefully. As if on cue, the wall started shaking. It was a bit scary on your first try, but you would get used to it. Then rocks started falling from the top of the wall, thanks to some help with some nymphs.

"Yeah, lifey," Luner replied back with a laugh. She felt the wall shaking and moved left. She had no idea how, but she seemed to be able to tell where each one was going to come to. She began to climb more, without waiting for Caroline.

I laughed as she started climbing higher, without waiting for me. I followed her. Then the lava came. The thick blazing liquid stated bubbling from the bottom of the wall, steadily rising up.

Luner felt it. She knew the lava was coming, just from the feeling in the air. -Okay, this is WAY beyond weird, even for me. What's next? I turn into some over smart, flying, ghost seeing mutant freak?! WAIT! Lava. Keep climbing- She ordered her self silently. Luner noticed Caroline catching up, and moved faster and faster. "Come on!"

Luner smiled a little bit. She wasn't used to having people like Luner around her. She used that and the approaching lava to move faster up the cliffs. The top was getting awfully close now.

I had almost reached Luner when the lava started rising at an alarming speed. It increased speed until it was just about a yard under me. But I didn't panic.

I looked down. "Shit," was all i said. But I did my best to ignore the fact of how high I was. So much for not looking down.

"It's okay, Luner. Dont worry." I climbed a bit more, then stopped climbing. I waited until the lava was almost touching my sneakers, then there was a loud rumbling sound. Then water exploded from the direction of the lake and collided with the fire.

THe sudden blast startled Luner. "Heh. What I'm nervous about it how high we are. I looked down, and have a major fear of heights. That's why I can tell when stuffs coming at me when I'm up high- because I can't look down..." she said quietly.

"Really?" The two elements canceled each other out. "Thats a pretty cool gift you have." the lava was rising again, but it start at the bottom of the wall. I start climbing again.

I smiled. "I'm gonna catch up!" I started going faster, and almost slipped. I let out a startled yelp, then started climbing again, a bit slower this time.
