Terry shook his head with a bright smile. "Hey, it's fine. Go help the others around you. Some of them have a better chance than me."

Jeremy rolled his eyes at Krissie. He snarled as he closed his eyes. He focused hard. The ground beneath him rumbled as the level raised. Jeremy curled his hands into a fist as he stuck the sharp point of his whip into the ground. A crack opened up beneath him as lava poured out. It rose up like a tidal wave as Jeremy pointed his fingers at Krissie. The wave of Lava came down as it headed straight towards Krissie. Jeremy was panting now, he had used much energy on that special attack. Water can't stop it, but only ....... can.
Tai- Tai rose up... glancing around.... he disappeared again. He had betrayed CHB, to find out the plans that Gaea had. But.... mission failed. He guessed he would join CHB again. He was hidden on a tree top as he stood balanced. Every now and then tripping a person as the came by with his vines.

Krissie didn't flinch at the wave of lava surging towards her. The ground cracked and rose into a giant inpenetrable wall of earth. If her hunches were correct, water wouldn't stop it. That would be too easy. Krissie didn't know what would stop it, but intended to find out pretty soon.

Caroline~ At Ace's words, I looked at him. "You can?" There was hope in my voice. Maybe Terry wouldn't die after all! But how would Ace save him? And what would happen to Ace if he did?

(I would love for Terry to be back alive.) Jeremy pressed on harder on his wave of lava. The wall started to crack alittle. Jeremy was pretty sure his wave would penetrate it.

Krissie held it in place a little longer, just let it fall and erect a crackling shield of electricity in its place. She was probably going to end up trying that with all elements under her control.

Jeremy pushed as hard as he can and the wave went around Krissie, as it slowly closed up. "beat that..."

"Gladly," Krissie said. She got bored of trying to stop the wave and instead of trying to do that again. She just stood there. The lava got closer and closer. Finally, it reached her. But it didn't burn Krissie. Her eyes were still ghoulish pits of blue-green fire, and her raven black hair blew with winds that didn't exist. The lava seemed to seep into her clothing, and to Krissie it was only a little warm. Nothing uncomfortable. She smiled faintly. Her clothes were glowing bright red.

Jeremy was suprised. He hadn't expected his opponent to be so strong. He swiped out his chainwhip. "I'm getting tired of playing around, aren't you? Lets finish this quickly!"

"I agree," Krissie said coldly. The lava finally disappeared, and Krissie seemed to be literally glowing fiery colours. But she would save that for later. Instead of pulling out Daemon, she pulled out her long staff. It looked a lot like a bojustu (look it up) staff, except it was much stronger, one end was on fire, and the other end was crackling with electricity. If someone touched the fire end, their fingers would literally freeze. If you touched the electric end, you'd get shocked and blown back a few yards.

Jeremy nodded. He pulled out three knives. He swirled them around his fingers as he threw them. He quickly disappeared as he appeared behind Krissie. He curled his finger around the handle of the whip, as he swung it at krissie.

"I can. I will." Ace closed his eyes and the mark on his arm flared bright green. The earth rose around him as if trying to stop him. "Shade!" His voice rose in a warning.

The ropes of earth were slashed aside by black flaming blades. The dual swords swinging to keep them away. Whatevber he was doing, Gaea didn't like... "I got it!" He looked back at Ace, his hazel eyes a bit doubtful. "Whatever you're gonna do, it better work!"

The moment the knives were thrown Krissie disappeared. Jeremy reappeared behind her what seemed like a milisecond later and literally just missed hitting Krissie. Krissie reappeaered behind Jeremy, and with an amused look on her face, tried to prod him in the back lazily.

Ace stared at him for a while before nodding and blinking his sharp green eyes. "I got it...It will definately work."
The mark on his shoulder began to shrink. The flames of green dying away into a pinpoint...
I was born as a son of Gaea. Incredible powers. Useful more than anything to my mother. I was happy.
He closed his spring green eyes. The last time for anyone to see them bright and alive. Shining like the cold green grass in a meadow illuminated by the rising sun. Because now, they would start to fade when he opened them.
But she really didn't love me. Did I love her? I still don't know. Never did. I would kill so uselessly, easily. What have I done up until now? But hey, I made some...
The earth rose around Terry, pouring into his wound. It flashed a neon green. The color of toxic waste you see in movies. You know, the green monster slime or that alien liquid? But it wasn't that green. It was the green that resembled all life in this world.
Yeah, that was the word. Friends. He had forgotten about them. Hid himself from the outside. Let his mother take control.
The green began to fade slowly, and Ace felt an overwhelming dizzyness. He stood up slowly, wanting to see if it had worked. Terry's name left his lips in a question.
There was one last part about the power of the earth. The best part. The part that green should represent. Always represent. The gift of life. Healing.
It was done. Ace had finished all he could do. But did it work...?

The earth that had rose to stop Ace sank into the ground. The dirt ground rumbled as if letting out a wail of despair. A groan that split into a void. Then it sank away. Shade turned around to see Ace stand up shakily. The mark on his arm was gone.

Tai dropped down from his branch. He ran over to camp. A son of Are's spotted him as he slashed a him. Tai binded him up with a growing vine as he scanned the camp once more.

Terry had closed his eyes to conserve some of his energy. His head ached from all the swirling colors. He felt cold...He tensed at a sudden and sharp pain in his stomach. He opened his eyes and sat up. His hand flew to his stomach. Wait...wasn't it supposed to be stabbed through? Wasn't it....
Terry looked up at Ace who looked so tired..."Hey, you alright?"

Jeremy launched another attack at Krissie while disappearing again. He swung his chainwhip around. The tip came toward's Krissie.
