A black mist swirled around in the middle of the ruins of the Wolf House. The moan of the dead swirled in an eerie pattern until the air around the swirling spirits opened and Colton White landed on a patch of grass. He looked around as the ghost portal closed. He waved them off as they begged him for salvation, and then they disappeared back into the Underworld without a choice.
Colton studied his surroundings with his sharp blue eyes. His smile was cold and devious. It was the grin of a demon thirsting for blood. Despite his cheerful air, his mood was clearly not sought after as cheerful.
Colton had come to join Gaea. He had seen what the camp's were capable of, so now it was this side's turn. He would be a spy for Gaea. The camp's were definitely going to lose. He didn't want to stay on the losing side in a war. He always did things for self interest. He was a former rogue demigod after all. There was also the fact that these people were strong. He would have someone to train with. And on this blood thirsty side, there would be more deaths. Maybe, just maybe...he could manage to get closer to his father for once...

The air a few feet in front of Colton thickened. A black humanoid shape formed, and within seconds the dark mist faded to reveal a raven haired girl with cold sea green eyes. She was not always the, well, you could put it as the 'welcome commitee', but whenever a young demigod or demigoddess joined, Krissie enjoyed scaring the crap out of them. Or really anyone without experience, really. Dark hair fell into the daughter of Poseidon's face, a vivid thick red streak running through her tangled waves of black. Her normal blonde hair seemed too...cheerful, you could say.
Krissie crossed her arms, looking the demigod in front of her up and down. "Colton White, son of Thanatos," she said indifferently. "And why might you be here?" she asked as if she did not know, a trace of sarcasm entering her voice.

Colton blinked as a girl materialized from thin air. He gave his annoying sly grin in reply of a greeting. "Oh, wow, you kind of scared me there." Which was, of course, a lie. This girl amused him, actually. She had quite the evil look.
"Yup, that's me." That meant Gaea had spies in camp or something. For their soldiers to know their names... "I came to join, really. How bout I spy for you guys at camp?" He really had no alterior motive. This was really what he came for. And only that.

Krissie rolled her eyes. "Liar. I do not scare you at all. Good thing, too. The last thing we need is more wimpy kids that are pushed around easily."
He kept talking. Krissie supressed the urge to roll her eyes yet again as he continued. Well, what else would Colton be here for than to join? That's the only way you can even make it to the Wolf House ruins before being destroyed by either Gaea or one of her army.
"We have enough spies. We know everything there is to know about the camps, their exact numbers and the name of everyone there as well," Krissie added with a small smile. "Though it doesn't really matter. The more the merrier, is that what they say?"

"Well, the more the merrier is also what you said." Colton said with his annoying attitude and that sly smile. He was just naturally dislikable because of the unpleasent aura he gave off from being a son of Thanatos. It didn't help him during a battle, usually everything aimed for him. So he was naturally a smart mouth as a result.
"I would just like to stay there, after all, I like the lake over there." It was really the only reason for him to want to stay. The lake was where he lay down lazily and stared at the shining water.

Krissie ignored the little side comment. No matter how much she wanted to, smiting everyone that irritated her even the slightest would result in the world's population decreasing to about one million people left. "Whatever pleases you," she said breezily. "We'll end up destroying the entire camp anyway." The lake was nice, Krissie supposed. However, when she was still at Camp Half-Blood the nymphs in the lake really annoyed her. Once, even when she was goofing off trying to be 'normal' she lost her temper and killed one. Then, she had to kill anyone around who happened to be watching, of course.

"Why you gotta destroy it? Just kill everyone in there, and it's ours, ain't it?" Colton shrugged. It's not like he cared at all of what happened to the camp, he just thought it was kind of a waste. It had a nice arena to practice in. A good climbing wall to increase your skills. And the rest of that stuff.
He looked back at Krissie, studying the daughter of Posiedon. He wondered what she was thinking, and if that was it. If that was it , he would be going back to camp now.

"I was quoting Gaea," she responded. "Apparently some...things about the camp she does not quite like." Krissie waved her hand. "You can go now. No point in wasting time chatting." Not even waiting for Colton to leave, Krissie vanished, leaving the faint smell of the ocean behind. A little 'annoying thing', as Krissie called it, that would not seem to leave. The last thing she wanted was to be reminded of her father, the no-good...

"Alright then." Colton let out a small whistle and looked around. He found a white string floating in midair. It was a spirit's binding. Ghosts that died had their favorite places in the living world. They were forever linked there with their longing to that place. He grabbed it and yanked. A ghost floated out of the ground, appearing from being forcibly summoned from the Underworld. Already knowing his command, it spun in the air. A black mist enveloped Colton and he slipped through the portal kind of thing and disappeared. The ghost went back into the underworld and the binding resumed its original invisible form only seen by Colton.
