Krissie stood in the middle of the battle for a moment, watching a groups of monsters rip apart some random kids, demigods take down the monsters, only in turn to be killed by one of Gaea's army. She hadn't even noticed she was smiling, a crazy grin coming across her face that went unnoticed by her. A dark, monstrous beast formed out of blackness. With a roar that sent the campers nearest fleeing in a screaming panic, it tored apart the Zeus Cabin. Following that, it torched the Hera Cabin. Unfortunately a group of a dozen or so Apollo kids took it down. Note to self-don't do that again. It might've been entertaining to watch, and definitely made a spectacle, but used up energy quicker than anything else.
Krissie looked around the battlefield. She noticed a group of her former friends out of the corner of her eye and then looked away. Someone she didn't know would sufice for now. And maybe she could take care of some of those moronic traitors that had the nerve to betray Gaea later. She waved her hand and a giant wave of ice cold water crashed down on the Apollo Cabin. Wood splintered and collapsed under the weight.
Krissie pointed Daemon at some Hecate kid. When she turned, burning hot fire was shooting towards her face. Bella Ross, the Hecate girl that Krissie had targeted yelped and a shield of water sprung up in front of her. The fire evaporated and Krissie narrowed her eyes. Within seconds Bella was being consumed rapidly by the earth, pulling down the black haired girl. The last thing Krissie saw of her were her eyes-two glowing orbs of red that spelled trouble.
Not surprisingly, in her place a red fire sprung up and shot towards Krissie. Quickly disentegrating it, Krissie went on with her work.

Jeremy saw the army move. He opened his eyes. He took off, following the monsters. A few cyclops tried to stab him.. but he managed not to get stabbed in the gut. He flung his chainwhip in a 350 degrees... almost circle thing.... One cyclops disintegrated as he dove under the other one. He was almost hit but he managed to escape.. he did a backflip.. kicking of a tree. He kickedd the cyclops in the eye... it made it howl... but it didn't do much. Jeremy threw three knives as the bursted in to flames. They sanked into the cyclop's head. The cyclop fell down. Jeremy switched gears. He put his chainwhip back in his sleeves. He got out his Sheild.. Ancile... one of the strongest sheilds. He flung it on his back. He got out his Corcea Mors... his first weapon... used to fight on his first battle in the first invasion. He flung himself into battle.

Terra blinked as clay splattered from his shoulder. What in the-? She was pushed back, and she flipped backwards, glaring at Claycob. So he was a clay clone. If he was immortal...how was she going to deal with him?

Summer sighed at Rachel's disappointing response. "Alright, well..." Her eyes widened and she trailed off as the beast appeared out of nowhere. Then a group of Apollo kids brought it down. Summer knew it could only be Krissie, who would have a crazy power like that. A blazing flame flashed at the corner of her vision, and she turned to see Krissie's battle with the Hecate kid. Summer's fists tightened as the daughter of Poseidon killed the girl.
Summer started going towards Krissie- then she hesitated. She now wasn't sure if she really should go after Krissie or not. She didn't want to fight her friend. Was she a coward for thinking like that? Summer scolded herself mentally. It was the right thing to fight Krissie. She had killed many of the campers. She was a monster.
While she hesitated, a pretty girl who had been fighting with another kid crumpled to her knees. She recognized the girl as Cheryl Robinson, daughter of Aphrodite. She had joined Gaea a month ago, or so. The kid who had injured her ran back into the crowd, looking for someone else to fight.
But Summer could only stand there and stare at the girl's body. She obviously wasn't dead yet, but would soon be. Summer knew that she should just leave her to die there and to help defend the camps... But instead, she crouched next to the girl. Cheryl looked up at Summer, fear in her eyes. Scared that Summer was going to kill her. Seeing that look, Summer knew that even if she could, she wouldn't want to. Call her crazy for helping a traitor, but Summer just couldn't stand there and let her bleed to death.
"It's okay...I won't hurt you..." Summer helped the girl up onto her feet, but the girl could barely stand, having to lean on Summer. She had a grateful look in her eyes. Summer didn't care that the daughter of Aphrodite could have stabbed her right there. Summer just felt a need to help everyone, even if they were on the other side. She was still a demigod, probably manipulated by Gaea. It wasn't the girl's fault, right? "I'm taking you to the Infirmary, and you'll be fine..."

[OMG SO SORRY FORCED SLEEPOVER!] Willow was usually able to stay in a deep slumber, but when a demigod crashed into her cabin, even Willow woke up. It's a good thing she always carried her drakon tooth, and she stabbed the boy so hard that he didn't even have a chance to yelp in pain. Willow looked outside of the cabin, then yelped, brushing her hair and putting on a few extra things before rushing out into the battle.

Colton felt a tug on one of the spirit binds. He was surprised to find Shade shruggling to disperse one of his ghosts. Then he realized. He was a son of Pluto. If they touched the ghost, they could see it and dispel it. Colton cursed to himself as the ghost fizzed away as Shade gave it a command.
"Firckin child of Pluto...Don't get cocky just because your father is one of the Big Three!" Colton muttered under his breath from behind the cabin.

I looked around for someone to fight. I spotted a traitor from a while ago, daughter of Apollo, I thought. Without hesitating, I charged at her. She had good aim with her weapon, a bow and arrow, and was able to shoot close enough to me that an arrow grazed my arm, causing it to bleed a little. But it wasn't major, so I kept fighting. I was quick and for the most part, I avoided the arrows, but once in a while one would graze my arm or my leg. A few times, I was even able to cut her with my knife. Once she ran out of arrows, she grabbed a sword from a fallen camper and she fought with that. This was much easier, and within a few minutes she was dead on the ground. I felt a bit bad for her, but how else could we destroy Gaea? For some reason, there was this annoying voice in my head that nagged that there was another way. (sorry if I powerplayed, never really battled a person that wasn't being rped by someone else.)

(That wasn't power playing, since no one was RPing her.) Hoping that no one had seen what just happened, Summer left the Infirmary and ran out to fight again. She spotted Rachel fighting one of Gaea's soldiers, and a few moments later, the daughter of Apollo was dead. Summer felt a tug in her chest. She didn't like seeing anyone killed, even if she didn't know them or they were traitors. She blinked the thought away and jogged up to the daughter of Athena, forcing a smile. "Nice."

Colton peeked out from his hiding spot. He grabbed a bow from a fallen Apollo camper and aimed an arrow straight at Summer. He had heard about her betrayal to Gaea. Such a hypocitical attitude she had. Did she think she was so innocent being on their side? He released and sent the arrow zipping her way. Then two more. He quickly hid back behind the cabin to avoid being seen after the volley.

Sighing, she turned away from the daughter of Athena, but whirled back around as she heard the sound of something whizzing towards her... Summer blinked in surprise as she spotted the arrows shooting at her. She glanced beyond them for the archer, but no one was there. She stepped aside as the arrows flew by and swung her knife, cutting one in half. She was probably attracting attention by standing there too long, making herself an easy target. Summer dove into the crowd of demigods again.

Caroline jumped to her feet, annoyance shining in her eyes. What had just knocked her down? She spun around again to face...nothing. Or so it seemed. She noticed Shade nearby, talking to something invisible. Was the things flying around possibly ghosts?
Not knowing what to do, Caroline swung her sword around in front of her.

As Jacob was carried away, Claycob was preoccupied. He wiped off his chunks and pulled out his knife. He wasn't much of a fighter, but he figured invincebility would come in handy. He ran at Terra.

I ran back into the haze of demigods. I had seen how close Summer had come to being hit, I sure as heck didn't want to be in that position. I felt a pang in my heart for leaving the dead Apollo girl out there, so vulnerable. Poor girl.

Krissie spotted Summer vanishing into the crowd. Krissie wanted to ignore her, fight someone else, kill her former friend last if neccessary. No, she told herself. She betrayed Gaea. She should die.
Should she?
Krissie nearly groaned out loud. Not this again. The Voice pestered her as she ran head on into the crowd, her eyes closed, hacking mindlessly in all directions. Shut...up... she thought. She half-came to her senses to hear someone cry out in pain and fall to the ground right in front of her. Opening her eyes, she saw someone she recognized. (*picks on random charry*) Katie.
Her vision was fuzzy. Krissie leaned over the daughter of Aphrodite. Kill her now or let her bleed to death? Krissie picked the last one. Not that I don't want to kill her! she added in her head. The Voice let out an amused snort. Krissie forced the sound from her mind, instead stepping over Katie, who was on her knees.
{Someone help her...because I don't feel like it.}

Post by Aaron Shade (Shade) on Oct 9, 2011 14:49:16 GMT -5
Shade let out a sigh as the ghost finally disappeared. Whoever was controlling them was not an beginner. He or she was really skilled. He ran forward to where Caroline was. He smiled as she waved her sword out randomly. Even if she managed to get it in the place where the ghost was, it wasn't going to do anything. He noticed a slight wind to her right. He dove forward and managed to catch hold of a part of the spirit. It came to life, materializing now that he had touched it. But he went past and lost contact with it. It disappeared. Shade stood up and caught a part of it again.
"Away!" He commanded the ghost that had popped up into his vision now that he had touched it.

Caroline stopped stupidly swinging her sword around as Shade came up to her. She watched with amazement as he managed to grab a hold of a spirit, and in the moment it had made contact with him, it was visible. Could he really control the spirits? If he could, then wouldn't other children of Pluto or Hades be able to do the same? None of the children of Pluto or Hades she knew had joined Gaea. So who could be controlling it?

Summer glanced around wildly, looking for anyone who needed help. There was a cry from nearby, and Summer whirled around to see Krissie and Katie just a few yards away. Summer clenched her fists as Krissie walked away, like it was no big deal. She pushed away the urge to run after Krissie. Katie needed help right now. Summer rushed forward to kneel next to Katie. "Hey, can you walk?"

Colton let out a hiss of annoyance. Fighting over control for the spirits was taking too much of his energy. He sat down behind the cabin wall. Every time Shade forced one of the spirits to disappear, it kind of...injured him was the word. It drained his energy. So he gave up. The ghosts all went away at his command. He let go of their spirit bindings and watched them sink back to their place in the Underworld.
He didn't know what to do know. But all he knew was that Shade was pissing him off. He released a burst of arrows in his direction. At the same time, a black mist enveloped him and he disappeared from sight. He emerged from a former spirit's string and found himself next to Krissie, who looked like she was having a major headache. "You alright?"

I looked around for another person to fight. I didn't really want to kill anybody, just wound them enough that they couldn't fight. (anybody who wants to can fight me, but I am not dying. Wounded maybe, but not dying. If no one wants to, I'll just make someone up. )

Willow looked all around her. People were falling so quickly. Her long dark hair brightened and became a blood red, and very short. Whatever. It only showed a bit more than her eyes. Willow chuckled as some monsters fell down. She put her hands together, and when they came apart there was a all of energy, which she aimed at one of the traitors. It probably wouldn't kill him. He would be in a coma. Unless he was all powerful or something. But the demigod fell. But he wouldn't stay like that for long. Praying, Willow walked over to him, and shadow claws replaced where her fingernails had been. She squatted next to him, ignoring all the monsters, which, for some reason, were ignoring her. Willow stuck her shadowy claws into the boy's stomach, dragging them upwards while closing her eyes. The boy's dying screams would stay in her head for a long time.
