Shade blinked as the tendril suddenly snatched the gun away from Katie. Shade dove forward tom grab the gun, but the trigger had already been pulled.
"No!"
It was already too late.

(#2, thanks  ) Shade's outburst surprised Jacob, and the gun twitched. The bullet had penetrated his stomach. He gagged and dropped. Between the pill, the rock, and the bullet, he wasn't going to be OK. He was dying. For good. |

Shade cursed angrily and ran over to Jacob. He knew there was no way they could save him now.
"Why did you want to kill yourself so badly?"
He bent down next to the dying demigod.

Jacob started coughing, struggling to spit out his words. "I just didn't..." he struggled. "I didn't want to... hurt anyone... anymore."

Shade blinked a few times, as if he hadn't hurt right.
"Damnit...."
He rubbed his eyes, not wanting to cry right now. He held them back, looking at him seriously.
"Jacob, you idiot...don't you realize that you hurt your friend's the most by doing this?"

(I'm bored, so yeah, now im here)
Adara was walking and heard people talking so she decided to investigate. As she walked closer she saw "What happened?" she cried and rushed over to Jacob //Apollo kids, have healing powers? Hope so...// she thought and put her hand on is stomach. "No, Jacob. This isn't right. You can't do this." she said as she focused all her energy on healing him. She had done this before and hopefully this time was more successful. She was hoping to stop the bleeding and prevent infection.

Jacob coughed. It was pointless. He was dying. "Don't let the Gaians beat you," he said, coursely and barley audible enough to hear. As his eyes started t oflutter closed, he reached into his pocket. He dropped a small gizmo onto the ground. It was a tape recorder. From all the blood, it was completley crimson red. But you could just barley make out a strip of masking tape with the wrods, "Play Me".
"I'm so sorry." And his eyes closed for the last time.

(No double posting, and I forgot about this thread, sorry xP.)
Shade's hazel eyes were slightly watery, he narrowed them at Jacob painfully.
"Yeah, we won't lose."
Shade reached out and took the tape recorder gently from the ground. He held it up, reading the words, then looking down at Jacob.
