was sitting on a rock at the bank of the water, all alone as usual, he looked down at his reflection. I want to go back to england, back to my friends and family. i dont like it here in the camp the only friend i have here is myself. the only reason i stay is i have no where else to go and i would put my family in danger if i went back he thought to himself. staring at the lake silently.

I walked along the edge of the lake. (assuming you're at the lake) I saw a new kid. He looked lonely, so I walked up to him. "What's up? I'm Rachel, daughter of Athena." I extended my hand for him to shake.

liam looked over at rachel and shook her hand. im liam, son of eros, who is son of athena, i guess that makes us family. he said kinda quite hoping she would not make fun of how he talked(english accent)

Liam's shadow was cast over the lake, and out of nowhere a girl with bright red hair and even more red eyes came out of the shadow, so momentarily she was standing on water, before she yelped, jumped, and landed (rather awkwardly) in front of Rachel and Liam. Brushing strands of dyed red hair out of her eyes, she smiled awkwardly at Liam, shot a haughty glare at Rachel, and then looked back at Liam again. "Hello. Emmy Roberts, daughter of Pluto. You?" She made a point of completely ignoring the demigoddess daughter of Athena next to Liam at the moment.

at first liam looked stunned at the girl who popped out of nowhere "um l..liam" he said shaking off the shok. "son or eros"

"Eros...greek form of Cupid." She put the slightest emphasis on 'greek', and there was just little enough distaste in her voice to show that whatever good first impressions she had of Liam were gone. Still not looking at Rachel, she shrugged. "Well, I have to go." Her voice had suddenly turned cold, Without another word, she hopped into the shadow Liam cast over the lake and vanished.

I saw Liams confused expression and shrugged. "Emmy has something against the greeks for some reason. She yelled at all of us over in the Apollo cabin a few days ago when Jake came back and I made a little joke."
