Steven limped into the infirmary. His "Big brother" was gone. He trudged over to a cot and fell onto it, burying his face into the pillow. His body ached, his heart ached. He just wanted this to end.

Terry slumped in, just as tired as anyone would be after fighting. He gazed at Ateven, unsure of what to say. This kid had gotten through to Colton. Something no one could do. He would know how the strong kid died. "How did he die?" The question was quiet, but loud enough for him to hear.

Steven sat up and saw Terry. His question hit him like a brick. He cleared his throat and said, "A girl named Terra killed him." He took a deep breath, then realized one important detail. "It's all my fault! I shouldn't have left the infirmary. If I just stayed here he would be alive! He died protecting me!" Tears ran down his cheeks.

"Whoa, slow down!" Terry held up his hands as if to surrender. His eyes took on a gentler gray, and he bent down next to the boy. "Look, we all are shocked and sad that he died. He was a string fighter with an iron will. But if he went down for you, don't you agree that Colton wouldn't want you to blame yourself?" Terry was initially shocked that Colton had died protecting Steven because it wasn't like him. But if he had died in that way, it was an honorable death. He could imagine the boy now, scoffing with his arms crossed, feigning an I-don't-care attitude and saying, "What? Don't be ridiculous. It's my problem, not yours."

Blake, who was now awake saw the kid and winced in pain getting up, he still felt like he had knifes in him " relax kid if anything its my fault for not getting there in time"
Cobra looked at blake "you need to rest" he growed at blake, does this kid ever stop ?

"And you can. By staying alive and safe." The battle was getting hectic outside, and the campers were making their last desperate stand around the infirmary. "We will survive and gather members. And we will bite back. But for now, we're going to need a way to retreat."
