Powers:

• Mental 'reach out'- Not quite telepathy, this power is much better described as a reach out. She can extend her mind over a city-block wide expanse and see what the lifeforms in it are. She can speak vaguely through minds with this but only with people who she is extremely close to.
  
• Mist- Call it black plague vaporized. You breath it in and you will contract the black plague and die. Mostly, this happens during black-outs.
  
• Hellhounds and souls- Fern has the power to call upon and communicate with hellhounds and souls with little to no effort at all.
  
• 'Blackout'- You don't want Fern to get angry or sad. She will blackout to the point where she will remember nothing until she exacts something horrible on something or until something calms her down. She will not feel pain, this is an issue because she will not stop for fatal wounds.

Hair color: Blonde with different colored high-lights.

Eye color: A liquid blue

General build: A bit short and lightly framed with muscles in proportion to her body.

General appearance: Fern is slightly short in build with light bones and average muscles for her size making her fast but not really overly strong. Her skin is a ashy white-grey with milky tones. She has blonde hair that is about up to the bottom of her shoulder blades to which there is nearly always some colored highlights that scream rebellion. This is complimented by eyes as blue as the ocean. As for her style you could say that she either goes with the punk, goth, a little cybergoth or cyberpunk looks but never combines them. It is either on or the other depending on her mood.
