(For anyone who needs catching up, I am back, read the thread in the Athena cabin to find out how. Basically, Ivy returned to camp before it was taken over, had to leave again, and when she came back, Gaia had taken over. Her siblings left her clues to guide her to the airspace, and this is the past thread of when she returned the second time)
Ivy reached the camp border, excited to be back. After being gone for 2 weeks to handle another issue, she was finally free to return. It hadn't really been that long, but after being gone for months, it felt like ages. But as she reached the the large hill, the center of the cabins at the bottom, she could instantly tell something was wrong.
For one thing, monsters were everywhere, and not a camper could be seen. What could have happened in the 2 week she had been gone? She hid behind the tree, observing the activity below. They couldn't all be....dead, could they? Looked like the final battle with Gaia had happened sooner than she thought it might. And the demigods had lost.
But where could they have gone? They could be anywhere, and she had no idea where they might have taken refuge at. But they must of known she would return soon. Maybe they had left a clue. And sure enough, they had. High up in the branches of the tree, was a small model airplane.
"An airplane? What the heck is this supposed to mean? Think Ivy, think." She muttered. But then she noticed a small name written hurriedly on the bottom. Terry[/t] "What's Terry got to do with it?" She thought hard. "Where would they go if they needed a place to stay?" And then it hit her. She remembered Terry once mentioning he had a friend who owned an airstrip. That would explain the plane, and Terry's name. Climbing down out of the tree, she quickly hurried away, hoping she could find the airstrip.
