She slips into the stable, something telling her to come here. Why? Who knows. Heights and Dawn don't mix. Ever. Her feet carry her past rows of horses, winged, of course, to a small white door at the end of the barn. Behind the door stands the thing she had come for. A baby Pegasus. It is gorgeous, black wings curled around its small body like a blanket, the head tucked into a bale of hay. She gasps, and the colt looks up. (Looks like--  ) Hello. it says. "Wha--??" Dawn exclaims, staring at the horse in disbelief. Yes, that was me. Apollo decided you needed a mount, and here I am."Oh, no. I'm sorry, but I'm terrified of heights." It's not your choice. But don't worry-- I'm not nearly old enough to ride. The Rider must first form a bond with the Ridden, anyways."Alright." she sighs. I'm Shadow. Your name is Dawn, I presume?"That's right. You know, I've never met a horse with such good grammar before." She laughs, correcting herself. "Actually, I've never met a horse that could talk." I can't. Only to you. he says simply. Smiling, Dawn pushes open the door to the stall, and steps inside. |

I chuckle and motion for Streak to come.
"I like your Pegasus. What's his name?"

"Shadow. At least, that's what he said. Your's is pretty!" The colt pulls away from the hay, looking out at Streak with mild interest.

Crystal walked in to get Stardust. Her pegasus was waiting. "Oh hi guys." She said she realized Amber and DAwn were there.

Shadow- Because walls are so interesting. he says sarcastically.
Dawn- "Hey, Crystal." She gives a faint smile.
Shade- He comes bounding in, spooking about half of the pegasi. DAWN!! But, of course, Dawn doesn't speak Dog. So all she hears is, "WOOOFFF!"

Stardust neighed and reared on her hind legs. Then she shook her mane.

I quickly got onto Streak and laughed a little at Stardust.

Cyrstal tugged on Stardust's mane. Sorry Her pegasus said. "Alright just stay still or I'll dump you in the lake." She muttered as she pulled Stardust out of the stables. Aww Come on! Stardust complained.

Crystal looked Stardust over. "I'm gonna get a brush. You look like you were dragged through the forest about 20 times." She went back into the stables, leaving Stardust protesting behind her.

I look at Streak again.
"Hmm....I'll go get some grape flavored tooth paste." I ran off to get it, then came back with it in my hands.

"No! Ah!" I screamed as we barreled towards the stables. I desperately tried to use my powers, but it was hard concentrating. Clouds... Clouds swarmed from the sky at the last moment as we almost crashed into the stables. The force knocked me off. "Oof!"

Shadow pushes his head into Dawn's hand, wanting to be pet. The colt is still to young to be ridden, but he will grow soon.

I smile and brush Streak's teeth, look satisfied, then get on him again, and he bolts into the sky.

I got up from the ground. Guess I should train my pegasus. I noticed the other girls. "Hi, guys!"
