Dawn tugs another bolt out of her holster, clicking it into the crossbow. She is pissed. Completely, I'm-going-to-kill-someone-soon, pissed.
Nothing is going right. She can't feel emotion anymore, save anger. Why? A dream. A stupid dream. And a curse.
The small, thin piece of wood flies from her weapon, just barely clipping the side of the target. Usually, her aim is dead on. But now?
"What is wrong with me!?!" she cries out in frustration.

Nicole walks up to Dawn, holding her bow with her arrow bag on her back. "Hey, What's up? She asked, trying to sound calm and nice, even though she naturally has anger problems too.

"Nothing." she sighs. "Literally."
Another bolt flies from the crossbow, this time hitting just slightly to the side of the bullseye. In a flash of steel, her dagger is in the target, quivering in the red circle that marks bullseye.

Nicole went over to her board. She closed her eyes, let her mind go blank, and got the Arrow flat in the center.

Scowling, she stalks over to her target and frees the dagger and bolt with a sharp tug. She bends to pick up her fallen bolt.

Nicole got out another arrow, she closed her eyes and shot. Again, perfectly in the middle.

Not as much as I do. she thinks, knowing if she says it aloud it would escalate into a full-blown argument, and she does not have the energy or patience for that.

Crystal smiled sheepishly. She shot another arrow. It swerved and shot right above the target. "Aww come on!" She complained.

"Yeah I probably need more help though." She said as her next arrow hit a tree. She quickly yanked it out. "Whoops. You can see I suck."

"Ok, Crystal. First, pick up your bow and hold it straight out in front of you, like this." She said, holding up her bow. "Then, keep your arm up, walk right up to the bullseye. If the middle of the bowline is on the middle, then keep your arm up. If not, position it correctly." Nicole told her. "Remember that you only do this the first few times. Every 2 or 3 times you do it, back up a little. Soon, you should be able to get a bullseye very far away. That is if you keep practicing." Nicole didn't know how she knew this all. "Artemis? Are you speaking through my mouth again" She thought, asking Artemis.

Crystal blinked a couple times, confused, then tried her method.
She held up her bow, walked to the target and adjusted it so it was pointing dead center of the bullseye. "Um now what?" She asked, still a bit confused about the stream of directions.

"OKay." She moved backwards, carefully keeping the arrow aimed still at the middle of the target. She closed her eyes and let the arrow fly. She opened her eyes when she herad the thud of the arrow hitting something. The arrow was a little off center.
(Gah gotta go)
