"And that's just slightly odd. There's quite a difference between the two-- Lord of the Dead versus Lord of the Forge." she says. Slight things like that seem to get to her, to drill their way into her mind and just stick like velcro.

"But they both start with a H. At lest he didn't say Hermes as well." Kuro said thinking for a moment.
"But both have to do with fire..." Kiyo said smiling a little.

"I'll laugh it its Hades." Kiyo said chuckling softly.
"Well Willow wont be alone anymore. Isn't she the only one in Hades' Cabin?" Kuro said calmly.

"Yeah, she's the only one so far, assuming his dad isn't Hades. But some of the cabins are empty." She shrugs.

"True..." Kuro said thinking for a moment.
Kiyo chuckled softly. "Ya we noticed. Not many people here anyways..." He said calmly.

She nods assent, quickly going over a list of campers in her head. The list is short, not taking more than a minute to read through.

Kuro sighed softly. He watched Dawn think for a moment and he smiled.
Kiyo was about to say something the cut himself off, forgetting what he was going to say.

Kiyo could tell something was up. "What?" He asked curiously.
Kuro watched quietly unsure what was going on.

She nods, understanding. "It's just… I never though the happiest place in my life would be somewhere kids are trained to fight, to kill, even. Seems kinda backwards, huh?"

"Wow that does sound weird.." Kiyo said chuckling with his brother.

She continues to laugh, hiding a flash-back completely, though it rings through her mind. "I'm glad you're not normal. Normality is boring." Her mother had leaned down and pulled the younger Dawn close, letting the eight-year-old's tears fall onto her cashmere sweater. It was a soft blue, the color of the sea. Dawn had bought it for her mother for Christmas, with help from a neighbor, years before.

Kiyo still laughed while Kuro calmed down to a chuckle. He remembered the most of there past out of the two. A flash-back went through his head, completely hidden. "Momma what does being normal mean?" [/b] A seven year old Kuro asked his mom as he walked up to her. "It means being approximately average or within certain limits in intelligence and development."[/b] His mother said as she stopped writing something and looked at him with the warmest eyes. She saw the very confused and lost face Kuro gave her and she chuckled. "Never mind. But why do you ask, Kurochi?"[/b] A young Kuro shook his head a little. "Kids at school say i'm not normal... With my black hair and bright eyes...." He said as his mom moved a little as Kuro sat on her lap. "They say i'm a freak..." Kuro said as he leaned on his mom a little.
"It doesn't matter what the kids say to you. Plus normal isn't fun, its boring. And being my son, you wont be normal. Look at your brother, sister and dad."[/b] His mother said as a little Kiyo and there sister ran past them with there step dad close behind pretending to be a dragon. "They have pots on there heads as helmets and wooden spoons in there hands as swords. You don't have a normal family and that is great to me."[/b] She said smiling at Kuro. She kissed his cheek softly. "Go join the dragon slaying, my little blue eyed knight."[/b] She said chuckling a little. Kuro smiled at his mother happily and kissed her cheek. "Thanks mom. Love you."[/b] He said before jumping off his mom's lap and running after his step dad, sister and brother. His mother watched them for a little messing around before she continued writing. After a little she sighed softly and stood up. She hadn't heard any racket for a while and was curious about what was going on. She walked over to where the kids and her husbend where playing and found them asleep all curled together asleep. She chuckled softly and grabbed a blanket and covered them.[/size][/blockquote] Kuro smirked a little remembering the moment. He felt Kiyo's mind in his as the memory went through his.
