Katie, over by the corner, covered her mouth with her hand to keep from squealing. Then she ran over to me and went, "OmigodsCourtjustliketotallyaskedSummeroutisn'tthatsocute?!" Without taking a breath and saying all of the above in rougly two seconds.
I stared at her. "Dude, when'd you turn into a real Aphrodite girl?"
Katie scowled. "Shut up."
I laughed. "Nah. I'm going to find Xavier now." I walked away before Katie could say anything else about Summer and Court.

Crystal nearly crashed into me. "Oh, hey." Then I felt a little nervous, and blurted out, "So, I'm not sure if we're finaly or anything...but you are my girlfriend, right?"

Ivy began to get really tired. It had been a long day of training, and now the dance. "I think I've had enough for one night."She murmered, then walked over to Summer. "Hey, Summer? It's been a long day. I think I'm going to head back to my cabin. I'll see ya later."Ivy then, quietly slipped through doors, and out into the night. She breathed in the fresh air as she walked back to her cabin. She gazed up at the sky, the stars twinkling above her. She entered her cabin, and quickly changed into a tanktop and stretchy pants(you know those gray, kinda yoga pants)and hung her dress up in the closet. She could still hear the party going on, but she was happy just to pull out a book, and relax. She curled up on her bed, a book in hand.

Jacob walked in. No date. He didn't even dress up. Just a plaid hoody and T-shirt, with baggy jeans with holes. He really stood out. He didn't really know why he came. Like every other party he's been to (not many) he hung out by the punch bowl. He didn't talk much, and he got some looks (not the good kind) from some cute girls. He sighed. Maybe I shouldn't have come... he thought.
