Ivy headed for the woods, hoping to clear her head. She just couldn't seem to keep up. Everyone was always way ahead of her. Not for the first time, she wondered if she had made the right decision to come here. Everyone told her she fit in, and that she should stay, but did they really mean it? They wouldn't have wanted to tell her she should go. Ivy leaned against a tree and sighed. Her thoughts were all jumbled up, and she couldn't seem to straighten them out. Ivy sat down, and pulled her knees to her chest.

Mason was walking in the woods to get away from it all. He noticed Ivy, and walked over to her. "Hey, you okay? I'm Mason Haruhi, son of...Erebus." He sat down beside her, dirt covering his white jeans.
