"Then I'll be right back," Jacob said. He snuck through the dark lighting, keeping close to the wall. In a moment, he reached the DJ station. He grabbed his bottemless bag and pulled out his iPod, some duct tape, and copper wire. He worked his magic. In seconds he got the huge amps to play songs from his iPod. He set it to shuffle and an MCR song came on. Some confused couples were looking around, wondering what was going on. He ran back to Ari and laughed. Then he paused. "Or I could have just requested a song." He shrugged and dragged Ari to the dance floor.
(Either that or we slow dance. This seems more fun.)
(P.S. I'm at the Apple store!)

Ari blushed at the compliment, "You're not a nerd! You're a dork...but you are the coolest, and cutest one here. I can hang out with whoever I want, but I'm here with you. That is weird, but just go with it." She chuckled softly. Why is he so stupid? He's definitely not a nerd, she thought.
