Of course Crystal was right behind Summer. Sneaking up on people and dissapearing randomly was what shedid almost everyday. "Hey Summer." She said, grinning. "Heard someone moved in."

Crystal cocked her head. "Nyx is...oh yeah. The ancient goddess of Night. Um daughter of Chaos...primal ancestress, mother of many deities by Her brother Erebus...Her children are for the most part dark sorts and include the Moerae, Nemesis, winged Hypnos and His brother Thanatos, Moros, the Keres, Oizys, the Hesperides who guarded the golden apples, Deceit, Friendship, Old Age and Eris." She recited. "Dang that's a lot..."
She was depicted as riding in a chariot, trailing stars and bringing the night, and accompanied by Her sons Hypnos and Thanatos. She could be helpful or harmful to mankind, bringing either sleep or death.
Nyx had prophetic powers, and gave oracles from a cave. She was older and more powerful than Zeus, who deferred to Her wishes.
