Krissie threw her hands up in the air in exasperation. "I'm fine!" she said. "Now back to training." Without hesistation, she sliced at Summer's face.

I brought my knife up to block her blow. I took a step back and then lunged forward and slashed at her throat.

Krissie chose the wrong time to get distracted watcing Jacob shoot an arrow. {This is gonna leave a scar...lol} Krissie saw Summer's blade coming out of the corner of her eye but didn't duck quite fast enough. Summer's knife sliced a deep gash on her throat and Krissie coughed once or twice, blood seeping down her shirt.

I gasped as blood spilled from Krissie's wound. "Krissie! You okay?"

Krissie finally smiled. A genuine smile, but why she would've smiled as Crystal. No, this was a complete different reason. "That was good," she said. "But in a real battle the enemy wouldn't be distracted by something else." As Krissie spoke, a little more blood dripped down her neck and stained her white shirt red, giving Krissie a deadly, maniac look that didn't fit her smile.

Krissie shook her head. "I'm fine like this." Then she swung her sword at Summer's left side, ignoring the sharp pain from the cut on her neck and the blood.

I stepped back and my knife met Krissie's sword. "I never thought we'd end up here."

"Good," Krissie said, though she was certain Summer could tell that she didn't believe what Summer had said. Krissie suddenly jumped back, pulling Daemon back, hoping to make Summer stumble. She had almost completely forgotten about the cut Summer made on her neck.

I wasn't aware of Krissie's move and stumbled forward. I quickly raised my shield to block off any attacks.

Krissie waited for awhile, making no attempt to attack. Summer threw up Aegis so there was really no point. The head of a gorgon embebbed on the shield didn't faze her at all.

Jacob wondered how in hell he was able to get pin-point accuracy with the arrows. He normally sucks. He wanted to push his luck so he put seven arrows in the bow. He aimed down the sights and let go. They all hit the dummy. Jacob was dumb-founded. All the arrows were lodged in the dummy's chest, making a perfect "M". Mikayla...

Krissie sliced at Summer's face, and then ducked down and hacked at her legs. Hopefully if Krissie caught Summer slightly off guard, or if she ducked, Krissie would be able to get her anyway.

I blocked the blow to my face with my knife, but not the lower slice. Her sword make a small cut just above my ankle.
