What was she so jumpy and exited for? Or was it just that she was a Neptune kid? Shade jogged after her, finally catching up to her running. He looked at the lake. The water was calm and cold looking. He looked at Caroline. He didn't have much to say. What were they here to do?

Caroline: I smiled at him. "Wanna go for a swim? The water's nice today." I offered. When he turned around, I mouthed to the naiads not to make any trouble.

He looked at her.
"I'll go. Gimme a sec. I have to pay for it anyway."
He jogged over to a shadow and disappeared quickly. Shadow travel. It made him dizzy and he hated it. But it was quick.
He returned, changed into his new swim shorts. He felt so stupid without a shirt. At least he wasn't fat. He didn't swim a lot, but he could swim pretty fast and far.

Shade went to the deck and dove in. The water was cold. And he liked cold. He broke to the surface, only nose and up out of the water. His bangs were cleared from his forehead, so he felt really weird.

I sighed as I swam through the water. It felt so good. I couldn't feel the wetness, but I could feel the coolness. I popped to the surface. "Isn't swimming so awesome?"

He tilted his head, although it was kind of hard with half his head submerged. So he poked out his head up to the neck.

Emmy wasn't usually one for spying on people...oh who was she kidding? Yes she was! But it was honestly entertaining watching the two from behind clumps of bushes. She'd changed earlier quickly in to green clothes the colour of the bushes, so she'd blend in. It was foolproof. They couldn't see her.
On Olympus
"Aw," Venus said, watching the son of Pluto and the daughter of Neptune together. "That is so cute! Maybe I should..." The goddess of love started mumbling to herself. Another god passed by and gave her a strange look, but then again, they were used to this so he shrugged and ignored her.
It was hard not to fidget, but Emmy did her best.

He heard it. Shade didn't need her warning. In a flash, he was out of the water and under a tree. Shadow traveled out of the water into the shade under a tree. A black flame lit up his whole body, crackling hot. It dried him off in a matter of seconds. Then it disappeared.
"Um..."
He started walking over to the source of the noise, throwing on his jacket. He didn't like being in just his swim trunks.

Shade looks back at Caroline. He know there shouldn't be monster in camp. And there shouldn't be danger. So that meant...s half blood? Some one spying on them. Shade sighed and created a ball of black flame in his palm. It danced and crackled, flaming in dark smoke.

I suddenly lunged forwards and parted the bush quickly. Nothing. I looked at it with confusion. "I could have sworn..." I mumbled.
