"Dont expect me to make the same descision you traitors did." Terry looks at Jacob, his flashing angry eyes accusing. "I'd rather be dragged." Terry snarled wiith narrowed eyes.
With some concentration, the tendril around his leg loosened, then he pulled his leg free. He spun his staff and threw it at the closest one-Alec-and made a break for the Greek camp. He had to get away first. His staff was no problem because he could make it appear and disappear at will.

Terry took a step back from Summer who pulled out her knife. He smiled, twirling his staff that reappeared in his hand. His casual attitude back now that he was calmer. "I don't see how this is fun. I don't hit girls unless we're training, but I'm going to defend myself..."

I lunged at him, knife out. At the last moment, I dropped down, and swung a leg out to try to unbalance him. At the same time, I sliced at his stomach.

Terry jumped back, brain working on some way to get out of here. He was an experienced fighter out of all things. He had trained before he came to camp with his brothers. He blocked her swing with his staff, not bothering to strike back. His shoulder gave a painful throb. It still hurt. What was he going to do?

"Shut up..! I said I wasn't joining!" Terry glanced around. He had to get the information to a camper. If he got taken, Shade would probably be loyal to Gaea forever if he joined. Summer had nailed the reason why Gaea wanted him. He jumped backwards, keeping a distance from all of them.

The staff was pulled into the ground by a quick vine. Sighing Alec eyed Terry warily. One hand turning into a flipper "Terry we aren't saying you have to make your choice now. Shade requested to see you to speak to you. Now if Gaea wants Shade to stay alive and focus with you fighting with him well then..."

I smiled a bit at Alec's words. I disappeared in a flash of light and reappeared back behind Terry, just in case he tried to run.

Alec deciding to use his powers made a illusion of Shade appear. Every detail perfect, even the sound of moving bushes sounded real. Shade's kind boyish voice speaking to Summer. The illusion perfect "Don't hurt him," Alec was a master with this power. Everything was realistic, not a thing, except for the appearance of the real Sjade, would prove Sjade wasn't there.

I blinked. Shade? What was he doing...? Then I realized that he was an illusion from Alec. I went along with it anyway. "Shade, you're not supposed to be here!"

Terry took a small step back, his mind was whirling in confusion. Shade? Why was he here? He shouldn't be. "What are you doing here...? Don't tell me you agree with them! Let's go back. Go back to camp. Everyone's waiting for you. You don't have to serve Gaea!"

Illusion Shade shook his head "Terry, I don't want to fight you...But Gaea is helping me..." Alec made the illusion say his green eyes looking somewhat confused as he tried to play along. All this was taken from the way the boy acted when they first meet. How he suddently changed. That wasn't sane (GTG BYE!!! TTU NEXT FRIDAY!!!)

No. Something wasn't right about the way Shade talked. He looked at Summer, who was looking at Alec. Wait. Alec...Illusionist. He remembered now. Dionysus was his father. One way to confirm it. Terry sprang forward and waved his staf through the image of Shade. It was fake. It dispersed. Terry turned back to the soldiers of Gaea.
"Is this some joke to you? Stop playing around! I'm not going to join no matter what!" He sprang forward, spinning his staff in his left because his right shoulder hurt from the injury at the battle. He aimed a strike at her head.

Jacob gasped and sent a tendril to grab the staff. It grabbed the weapon with Terry behind it. He pulled it back, pulling Terry to the ground with it. "Terry, stop!" he said. "Just listen to them!" (I'm on an iPhone so it's hard go type

Terry jerked back his arm, his shoulder flaring up in pain. The tendril yanked his staff forward, sending him after it, landing on the ground painfully. Terry got up, making the tendril disperse. "Why would I listen to a traitor like you?!" Terry replied, standing back up, holding his stupid shoulder. Why now? He looked around for somewhere to run..

Jacob saw Terry glancing around. He could tell he was trying to find a way out. Jacob groaned as he pulled himself up. He signaled the others to close the circle.
