Maybe he could run into the woods if he kept them distracted. "Is this a joke? You expect me to trust you after seeing what condition you left Shade in?" He took another step back.

I caught Jacob's eye and nodded. I stepped forward a bit, closing off any extra space between the people next to me; Krissie and Alec.

Terry watched them move. No one was behind him...He could see Jacob begin to move. Last chance. He had to try. He turned around and dashed towards the woods. Maybe he could lose them.

I smirked. A wall of lightning shot out of the ground, blocking his path. "Where do you think you're going?" I called after him. I walked calmly up to him.

I smiled. "I'm really sorry about this part, Terry." I unclipped something from my belt. A tranquilizer dart gun. I raised it and fired it at him, trying not to hit any major organs.

"Of you were sorry you would let me g-" Terry saw her take out the gun. He tried to run to the side but the wall of lightning was blocking him. He turned and it sank into his shoulder. The world turned fuzzy and blurry. His legs gave out from under him. And he saw the grass get closer. He didn't feel the impact as he hit the ground because he was fading to blackness. "Damn it..." Then he went unconscious.

I hurried over to him. He seemed alright, minus the fact that he was unconscious. I pulled the dart out of his shoulder, and put it back into my belt again, along with the gun. I draped him across my shoulders, grunting at his weight. "A little help, guys?" Together, we traveled back to the Wolf House.
