(http://halfgods.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=test&thread=1031&page=5#26164 for what happened.)
Yep. Me. The traitor. I was back. I stopped at the entrance of the camp. I sighed. There wasn't a guard. I guess camp defenses had lowered. I stepped into the camp.
They had rebuilt the cabins we had destroyed in the first battle. Not a surprise. Tears welled up in my eyes as I took in the sights of my home. I had missed camp a lot.
It would be kind of stupid to call out, 'I'm back!'. I was sure some campers would attack me without asking. So I just stood there patiently, waiting.

(I'm just going to say this is BEFORE we went to Paris)
Katie walked out of her cabin, nose in a list. "Check defenses...what's the point-Whoa!" she dropped the paper when she saw Summer. In a flash her knife was out and pointed at the traitor's chest. "What are you doing here?"

I almost pushed away her knife, but figured that wouldn't help. I resisted the urge to follow my instincts. Instead, I said in a calm voice, "I'm back. It's good to see you again, Katie."

Katie narrowed her eyes. "Why are you back?" she growled.

I sighed. "They kicked me out because I went against them. I attacked some of the soldiers there. Gaea threatened to kill me, but Ace-her son- made her let me go."

"The defense peramaters will be like this and-" Terry walked by thinking that Katie was just ordering another camper around. He noticed the knife and Summer after he looked up from the map. "What?" He blinked at the sight of Summer. "Ace? What is this?"

I turned and smiled at Terry. My eyes darkened when he mentioned Ace. "Ace has rejoined."

"Apparently," Katie said, not pulling her knife away. "Ace joined so Gaea wouldn't kill Summer."

Terry took a small step back. Summer's words didn't make any sense.
Ace shoking his head. What she's doing is wrong. I'll never help her again. Ace's sharp green eyes as he stepped forward. Let me help you. Please.
Terry shouldn't have let him. Ace Wouldn't have in a million years joined Gaea without a reason. Terry grabbed Summer by the shoulders, his cloudy gray eyes confused. "What happened?!"

I flinched. "Well, after Gaea kidnapped Ace, you know the needle thing? She told me to shoot him every hour. Then this group of demigods came to try to get him to rejoin. Th-then, I attacked them. A-and Gaea came and she said that she would give me one more chance. Or she would kill me. I refused. So Ace said that if Gaea didn't kill me, he would join her again. He swore on the River Styx," I added softly. "So now I'm back, but they got Ace instead."

Terry caught every single word. Confusion swirled through him. Crap. How had this happened? He dropped his hands. And he slowly took a few steps back. He remembered the red stuff that had made Ace roll around in pain. It did sound like something he would do. To keep someone from dying... "Shit..." Terry narrowed his eyes. Ace wasn't coming back.

I nodded grimly. "Yes," I agreed. "I-I'm sorry about Ace..."

Shade walked by, seeing the commotion. Terry looked so pale for some reason. He noticed Summer. Shade jogged up, his sword floating around him in their sheathes just in case. "What's going on?!"

I glanced over at the new voice. Shade... I smiled slightly. "Um, hi. I'm back."

"Back?" Shade narrowed his hazel eyes at Summer. He had never really trusted her. Especially back at Gaea's. Wasn't she one of the most trusted soldiers of Gaea? Other than Krissie, of course. And why did Terry look like he had seen a ghost?

Ari smiled, twirling the ring claycob gave her birthday. She looked up to see Terry talking to...Summer. "Uh, should I be worried?" She raised an eyebrow, putting a hand on her knife.

Terry looked at Shade who had walked up. He was still slightly shocked. "She tried to keep Gaea from hurting Ace. Gaea said she was going to kill her, but Ace swore on the River Styx to join Gaea if she didn't kill Summer...."

I smiled at Ari, then said, "Yes and no." It was so nice to see my friends again. Well, they used to be my friends.

"What?!" Shade exclaimed. His anger boiled and his eyes flickered momentarily black. Dark flames lit on his swords floating around him. "Ace did?" He turned to see Ari. "Not really. Apparently she's on our side." His voice wasn't so trusting.

"Eh, I believe her. Welcome back." She smiled slightly, putting a hand on her shoulder. She could tell that Summer was good again. She was to brutal in battle to fake this.
