Terry was really tired. He wanted to close his eyes and go to sleep like Colton beside him was doing. He was afraid, though. Afraid that if he closed his eyes, he wouldn't open them again. Who knew death could be in this form of torture? He could feel Thanatos just floating by, waiting from him to slip away. He had to keep a tight grip. Not just yet. He wasn't done just yet. He knew Rachel had spread the word. They would come, right?
Terry was actually grateful. They had actually given him some water and food so he would survive. Something about using him as a hostage against the camps. But Colton...he didn't know how Colton was still alive. The boy had to have an insanely strong will to still be alive, even though he was barely alive right now. They hadn't given him anything whatsoever. Apparently they weren't sparing him because he was a traitor. They only needed one hostage.

The boy adjusted his clay mask in annoyance. Why did he have to deal with the traitor? It was true that he was dying too slowly, but he didn't even want to see Colton's face. At least he had scars to remember the son of Gaea by. He marched out to the Wolf House with some kids hurrying behind him. They ignored Terry and went up to Colton's cage. He was dying to slow. He should just die now. Or so Gaea had ordered. The earthen bars bent open by the will of his powers. The rope loosened around the top bar of earth on the top of the cage. As the bar turned to sand, the rope fell and so did Colton to the ground.
"Hey, wake up, you useless dirt." One of the soldiers kicked the boy on the ground hard. "Don't tell me you died when you were trying so hard to survive this past week."

Colton's mind was in a muddled state. He didn't even react when the ropes were suddenly released and he slammed into the dirt floor. The kick made his eyes open weakly. It had hurt. Maybe only a little. He could barely feel it because he felt so far away right now. He could almost see his father floating close by, eyes full of sympathy and ready to take him away. The Ares soldier of Gaea had kicked him. This much he had figured out with his currently slow mind. What did they want now? He recognized the son of Gaea in his mask when he looked up. His sharp blue eyes held a flash of fear for just a brief moment, remembering the torture he had gone through by his hand. Colton was too weak to retaliate. Or even say anything. He just managed a hateful glare at them.

The son of Gaea stared down hatefully back at Colton. "You die slow." he stated, as if it explained it all. He had read the expression of fear in his eyes already. This just made him think that he was going to maybe enjoy this after all. He walked up to the boy on the ground, and the two soldiers backed off.
Terry~ Terry watched with angry gray eyes. What did they want? Why bother Colton? The kid was almost dead. He was dying too slow, he had said. Were they going to kill him? "Hey!" Terry's voice raised in panic. "What are you going to d-"
Before Terry could finish, the son of Gaea pulled back his leg. He aimed a sharp kick at Colton's stomach that flipped the demigod over. He studied the scars on his back grudgingly. "Maybe I should reopen them." he mused, pulling out his ace card. A flash of green elongated it into a sword. He placed the sharp tip at the boy's back.

Colton let out a gasp as the kick went into his stomach. He closed his eyes at the pain which didn't seem that bad. Was it because he was dying? Probably. He felt the tip of his sword at the scar he had left on his back. The cuts he had given him last time hadn't even fully healed yet.
Colton managed to somewhat summon his voice. "You know...the scars don't even....look like a scythe....It looks more like a flag to me." he said grudgingly with a sly air forming around him.
A cold defiance began to burn bright in the pit of his stomach. "I...If you're going to kill me...Just do it already..." he managed to force his words out of his burning dry throat.

"Pathetic." The one word left his lips scathingly. "This is your end. You helped the camp's, and they are not here to save you. You have died for an unimportant cause. Traitor. Did you struggle to survive all this time because you thought they would come to help? Well, die now knowing that they did not care." He brought his sword up and left a new slash across his back.

Colton didn't even have the energy to cry out in pain anymore. He just winced. He turned around to give him that annoying sly smile of his. If he was going to die, it would be retaliating against these people. "You have a lot of words...today..."

Terry swung on the rope angrily. He yelled at Cy, "Hey! Stop it!"
The son of Gaea efficiently ignored him. He glared at Colton with absolute hate. "Fine, then you will die slowly like you wanted to." Walls of earth surrounded Colton and sealed together in an airtight box. It would eventually run out of oxygen. He would just die in there, with no one to see him. He thought it was a fitting death for him. Cy turned around with an annoyed huf, then looked back at the two Ares kids. "Keep guard here. I've had enough." With that, he left, leaving the two soldiers at their posts.
Terry~ He stared unbelievingly at the box of earth that held Colton inside. There were no cracks, so naturally, there was no air. Then Colton would...the situation dawned on him. Crap! What was he going to do...crap...

(Tell me how I'm supposed to breathe with no aiiir. Can't live can't breathe with no aiir. No air, no aiiiiiiir~ XDXDXDXD)
Colton couldn't really figure out what was going on. He just knew he was trapped. He sat up slowly, everywhere hurt. He could barely support himself enough to sit up. He was breathing heavily. It was so dark. He couldn't see anything. There were no holes or cracks for light or air. Then it hit him. No air. He wouldn't be able to breathe. Just as he came to this conclusion, the air was beginning to thin. He tried to control his breathing. He slammed a fist as hard as he could against the wall. It didn't do anything. He was so weak it was like a tap on the earthen wall. How long until he had no more oxygen?
"What a creative....way to die..." Colton laughed once at his unluckiness. He gave up and sat down, sitting against the wall. He let out a small sigh and closed his eyes. The end was like this, huh? How would he tell when he died? It was all black anyway...

Shade hid in the forest with the rest of his friends. He had seen the cages already according to the map. Terry was in view. He was trapped in a cage of earth. Ropes hung him like some decoration from the top of the cage. But the cage next to him was empty...Where was Colton? Had they been too late? He spotted an awkward box of earth sticking out of the ground. It just seemed to be a lump of a box. What was that for? It seemed so out of place. He looked at Rachel and Willow. It was their turn to get Terry...and Colton, wherever he was. There were two Ares kids guarding the cages. One was sitting on the box of earth. They seemed bored. Good. This was their chance.

"Come on!" I mouthed at Willow. In my opinion, timing is everything. Sometimes, one second is the difference between life and death. I was determined to do this right. But with us, chances are something is going to go wrong. (If someone needs to be stabbed I call the stabbing! lol XD And we are going through the regular door, right? As supposed to a secret door or something. Oh, and umm... interesting singing, Colton.)

Willow nodded at Rachel, and quickly scanned the area for traps. There seemed to be none, and her witchcraft never lied to her....But still, something was odd about this place. Willow waited for Rachel to go first, she didn't study the maps as much. And that's when she saw the guards. This will be more fun than I expected.

Terry was cursing at the two guards who were efficiently ignoring him. They were probably on the verge of tearing into the cage and beating him up by all the insults he was throwing at them.
"Hey!" he had found his energy and voice. He was yelling, "Get him out! Let Colton out! Freaking give him a hole to breathe!"

Caroline's eyes widened. So that was what the earthen box was for! That's where they were keeping Colton? They must have moved him there just recently, because if it had no holes like Terry said, Colton would be dead by now. Maybe he already is.
"Um, we should hurry," Caroline muttered silently. "It seems like Colton is in that box..."

My eyes widened slightly at Caroline's announcment. How did I not think of it before? I began to walk towards the door.(Am I entering through a side door or a back door or a trapdoor? Or is there no doors or something?)

(It's an open field. The cages are inside the ruins of the wolf house, so there are some walls of it still standing. You can sneak around and hide behind a wall as Terry has their attention.)
"He'll die!" Terry yelled again, swinging on the rope. His voice had taken a frantic pitch.
Both guards seemed to snap in anger at the same time. They turned to him. "That's the point!" One yelled back. "Now shut up!" Agreed the other.
Terry saw a movement at the edge of the forest. It was Rachel! Terry turned back purposely pretending he hadn't seen them. A distraction. He kept their attention. "Let him out! It's been three minutes!"

Shade could hear Terry. He wanted so badly to tear away from them and run out into the open. Then kill the guards and just run. He knew it would be suicide. He controlled himself, sinking back behind a tree to see if the distraction was needed. "Hurry." He told both of them in agitation.

I knew Terry had seen me. I also knew that Shade was within his breaking point. I started to jog over. "Come on, Willow!" I whispered under my breath in fear that they would hear me. I carefully ran through the forest, dodging sticks and fallen leaves. Wait. Fallen leaves? I could've sworn it was still August. Funny, it's hard to keep track of the days when you're fighting for your life in combat that no one comes out of without injuries. Wait, I'm off topic! Getting back on the train to Operation Save Colton and Terry From Slow, Painful Death.... (lol sorry I was bored. Yesterday, I kept thinking it was Thusday, so I feel ya' about losing track of the days, Rachel. Wait, am I really talking to my own character?)

(...) Caroline shifted nervously. She wished she had been on the front line for some reason. Caroline couldn't take just standing here and waiting to be called. She desperately wanted to help Rachel and Willow. They hadn't had a good fight in ages, and she was getting fidgety.

Shade watched nervously. He was biting his lip in nervousness. He wanted so bad to run out with them. Caroline had probably been thinking the same. It wasn't until he tasted blood that he stopped. Oh yeah, he was biting his lip. He rubbed it away quickly and sat down. His hazel eyes watched them. The guard's backs were still turned, arguing with Terry.
