Terry kicked at the bars as hard as he could. After five times, the bars shattered. The Apollo kid turned around at the sound, the two Ares kids were heading towards Willow. He sent a string of arrows at the boy. Terry's eyes widened. "Don't shoot at me!" he yelped. One arrow imbedded itself into his shoulder.
"That's a warning!" He snarled at Terry. Then he turned and shot one at Rachel. Not before the second arrow he had shot at Terry severed the rope that was holding him by accident. Terry stood, yanking it out of his shoulder.
"Ouch, ouchouchouch!" Terry complained, "Who shoots arrows at a defenseless person?" He felt kind of weak, not moving in a long time, so he just collapsed to the ground after a few shaky steps. "Ugh..."

The second boy was recovered now, sending a formed vine to wrap around Shade. It encircled him.
"Don't move, both of you."
The boy warned them. If you try to burn it, I'll just enclose it around you. It'll do a lot of damage before you burn it away.
Shade was frozen, hand outstretched to keep the wall of flames up. He had taken a cautious step back, thorns the size of knives sticking out, one pointing at his throat. He looked around, realizing there were no shadows. Crap! He didn't have a way out, just glared at the two Demeter kids. The first one had jumped back.
"Not so tough now, are you?" Cole sneered. "That'll teach you children of the big three that you aren't superior to us. You always consider yourselves better than us!" Hatred seeped into his voice.

I winced a little as an arrow caught me in the shoulder. I paused a second to pull it out. I heard a thump, and turned around to see Terry lying on the ground. "Hang in there!" I called to him. I then turned to pull my knife out of the box, only to discover that it was covered in blood. Crap. That meant that I HAD hit Colton. I could only hope that it hadn't been to deep and not over a vein. I quickly began cutting the box again before the hole could close up.

Colton was just laying there on the ground, when a blinding light attacked his eyes. He winced and opened his sharp blue eyes. There was light. Air poured in, and he was able to breathe again. His head still spun and hurt like crazy. He couldn't even figure out what was going on until he saw the blade of a knife slicing into the box. Confusion racked his pounding brain.

I finished cutting a hole in the box, then pulled Colton out.(finally!Took 'ya long enough, Rachel.)Gods, he looked like shit. I saw the wound I had given him when I first cut and winced in my head. But he was alive! "Oh, thank the gods, you're alive." I told him. Then I called to Willow,"Willow! I've got Terry and Colton! We need to leave!" (no duh, Rachel.)

Colton looked up to see Rachel. Confusion was the expression on his face. He wasn't dead yet. Odd.
"Alive..?" Colton repeated the word she had said. He found himself being pulled out of that stupid box that stupid child of Gaea had made. He blinked a few times, his head still hurting like crazy. He would tried to stand, but only ended up falling back down to his knees.

Terry let out a small groan and rolled over onto his back. "I'm tired of hanging anywhere." he muttered stupidly. He stood up slowly, testing his legs. He found himself able to walk. He spotted Colton pulled out of the box. He was alive! That was one thing off his mind to worry about. He pulled out his shimmering staff out of the air in front of him. The Apollo kid turned to see him, and shot some arrows at him. Terry knocked them aside. He ran forward, swinging the staff. He knocked the kid out, hitting the back of his skull. Terry winced, hoping he didnt kill him or give him brain damage. He ran over to Rachel to help her.
His shoulder was bleeding a bit. "I seemed to get my legs back." he told her with a grin. "Now let me help you." he grabbed Colton's other arm. "Where's Shade?" he asked Rachel. He had seen the black flames. They were large and made for causing a distraction. They told him his friend was here.

I responded, "He and Caroline are helping distract the guards. Willow is here too, she's supposed to shadow travel us back, but I don't know where she is."

"I know," Terry replied, "I saw her, the two Ares guards went after her. We better go help." Terry was worried about Shade. Causing such a large scaled distraction would attract a lot of guards.

Cy was walking away from the Wolf House, angry at the events. He had pretty much killed Colton. Why did he feel weird. The thing was, he was emotionless. He was supposed to not feel anything. So why was he feeling...was it guilty? Was guilty the word? That word disgusted him. Why should he feel guilty for throwing away trash?!
He turned at the sight of smoke. His green eyes widened at the sight of the black flames flickering. Using his earthen powers, he looked for the creator. An image came to him. The Demeter brothers Cole and Ray were fighting...Shade and Caroline. Shade had cause those flames. They were here for Terry! Why had they planned it now? He searched some more, sensing Colton's power. He was still alive! Someone had saved him. Terry's power was moving, and next to his was Rachel. Then he sensed Willow off fighting the Ares kids. The son of Gaea sank into the earth, reappearing right behind Rachel, Terry and Colton. "You!" He exclaimed angrily at Rachel. The earth beneath them let out a groan and spikes shot up out of the earth.

Willow smiled at the Ares/Mars kids ran at her, then she disappeared into the forest, climbing swiftly up a tree. Right when the boys ran under it, they screamed, and Willow narrowed her eyes with joy.
She quickly shadow traveled back to Rachel, Colton, and Terry, "Sorry I kept you waiting." She stuck her hand out for everyone to grab.
Willow noticed Cy, but she didn't care, because shadows were slowly coming up towards the four teens. She would travel right when they grabbed her below-zero freezing hand.

Suddenly, spikes jumped out of the earth right below our feet. I jumped back in alarm, pulling Colton and Terry with me. Wasting no time, I grabbed Willow's hand.

Caroline leaped out of the way of Cole's kick, and stood there for a moment, catching her breath again. "I don't have to tell you anything," Caroline shot back at the boy.
Out of the corner of her eye, Caroline spotted a vine creeping behind Shade, and opened her mouth to call a warning, but it had already wrapped itself around him. "Damn it!" Caroline cursed as the thorns materialized at Shade's throat.
Caroline didn't like to use her powers when she didn't need to. It tired her out more quickly. But this was a desperate situation.
Waving a hand, water came from the nearest source, soaring towards the two enemy demigods at top speed. Caroline tried to keep it in control and stop it from extinguishing the fire, or that would have been pointless. She waved her hand, and the water curled into a whirlpool, then flicked her wrist, sending it speeding dangerously at the sons of Demeter.

Shade took the opportunity, thanking Caroline for the distraction. The two twin were surprised, stepping back to avoid the tide. Shade took the chance and set the thorns aflame, burning away the sharp tip at his throat. He reached out and grabbed Caroline's hand, sending a retreat signal on the watch to Rachel. They should have gotten Colton and Terry already. He let the fire continue to burn, someone would put it out sooner or later. Then he shadowtraveled the two of them out.

Caroline nodded to Shade, and took a step back. She couldn't help smirking at the expression on the two sons of Demeter's faces. Caroline felt glad as Shade held her hand. It was time to go back to the camps now. She only hoped that Rachel and Willow had been able to rescue Colton and Terry. It had been a while.

Colton was barely conscious, and felt like the whole world was spinning around him. "Ah, he saw us.." Colton mumbled stupidly at the sight of Cy. "i think we should leave."

It seemed like Colton was still a little dazed, so I just grabbed his hand and put it in Willows hand. (BOOM! Problem solved.)

Willow nodded at Rachel, a tiny smile coming to her lips as Cy attempted to seem dangerous. Once everyone was holding on, Willow just traveled under everyone's shadows, emerging back to Camp Half Blood.
