He showed a fake smile, not wanting to seem like he was depressed or something, which he probably was, but you get the point. He nodded at the other demigod, trying to stop feeling uncomfortable.
His home was far different from his description. He didn't have one. Not anymore. His job wasn't enough to pay for the house without Dodge. And his older brother had abandoned him. He had killed their little brother. He was alone. Their house was probably already found empty and sold. His only house was the tiny cabin in the middle of the uninhabited woods outside of this camp. Some home it was. Terry found it hard to live on canned goods. That's why his mother introduced this place after he had healed. He was perfectly fine now. You could see a scar running from his collarbone over his shoulder.

"So where you come from before here?" Zack asked him leaning against the wall lightly as he tried to hide how tense he was. He still wasn't comfortable with the idea that everybody had powers of some sort.

The question caught him of guard, and he opened his mouth, letting out a jumble of stammers for a second. "H-huh? Where did I- My- I live- What?"
He controlled himself, trying to keep a cool. It was just a question. A normal one. He was acting weird. Cover it up... "I lived....with my two brothers."
Stupid! Why didn't he lie? He was afraid of more questions, but he came up with a lie in his head. He was an orphan, and he was normal. He had an older brother and he decided to send him here.
"A brother. I love with a brother. I only have one."

He threw his hood up to cover his eyes and the scar.

He sighed to himself, the conversation ending on a slightly awkward note for him. So he asked what he had noticed earlier.
"You're not an American. You're German, right?" Terry asked. He could tell different accents, but he could speak the languages. He just knew for no reason. Must be his mother.

JpHe held his hands up in case he was going to start speaking German. "I don't understand German, though. I understanded that part, but I don't know the language. I can just tell your back ground by the accent. If anyone has a slight accent, I can tell."

He turned to the side and bounced in his bed. He motioned for Zack to sit somewhere. There were plenty of empty chairs and beds. "Well, I don't have any powers, so knowledge makes up for it." And his mother's gift. But he didn't mention it.

"What do they have to do with-" Terry stopped himself, noticing the wings on the shoes. He immediately took interest, since he Had never seen such things before. Magical items weren't found in the mortal world. "Does the bag have any magical properties?"

He blinked. It sounded really awkward and weird, but his curiosity simply needed to be satisfied. He took it gingerly and looked inside. It was a normal pouch...He stuck his hand inside, and his whole arm was swallowed up to his elbow. His eyes widened in interest. Terry took his hand out and handed it back to Zack, eyeing the load of things he dumped onto the table. It could fit a lot...and he would never find out how it worked.
