The last thing Xylia needed was a mass of police cars, ambulances, and people screaming, "Murderer on the loose!" chasing her.
"Get the fuck away!" Xylia screamed, and as her teddy bear called her, Xidie.
Right now Xylia was holding her torn up teddy bear, Maho, and screaming curses at her persuers.
Right. How did this happen? Xylia escaped from her hellhole and now they were trying to get her back.
She wasn't insane! Not like they said, anyway. So what if she killed her family? Xylia had perfectly reasonable excuses. Her dad called her fat, her step-mom said she was ugly, and her sister chased her around with a baseball bat.
So, Xylia took out a knife and stabbed them.
And apparently her mom was Mania, goddess of insanity...SHE WAS NOT INSANE. LEAVE HER ALONE.
M'kay. Well, she ran past a dragon-oh look, she was hallucinating-and into 'Camp Half-Blood'.
Half-blood? LIKE SHE SAID EARLIER, TOTALLY NOT INSANE. GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER.
Xylia slowed to a stop when she realized her pursuers were gone. "Finally." She pulled a rusty knife out, just in case she needed to kill someone else.

"BlaH!" Jacob yelled as a girl ran into camp. She looked ready to slit their throats. Jacob gulped and walked up to her. "Excuse me," he said. "Are you new? Because-"

Without warning, half-way through Jacob's sentence, Xylia had her knife at his throat. She might've looked stupid with a tattered teddy bear dangling from her other hand, but Xylia was deadly enough. "Who the hell are you?" she spat. Xylia probably would be doing this all day, whenever she met someone knew she'd always try to kill him or her.

Jacob was freaking out. He yelped. He gulped and said, "I'm Jacob, Son of Athena. Nice to meet you. And you are?" He was in near tears.

Xylia pulled her knife away, and suddenly a goofy grin spread across her face. Multiple personality disorder? Eh, no one cared. She was just plain crazy...
"Xylia Melinda Flynn, Xidie for short, daughter of Mania." Then she laughed for no apparent reason, and sounded more like a dying seal. (OOC: Summer, you know, that thing and you said I sounded like a seal?)

Xylia smiled broader, showing her unnaturally white teeth. The two in the front stuck out a bit, giving her a slightly beaver-like look. "Stupid bitches from a mental hospital been trying to drag me back," she said so cheerfully it would make some people gag. Xylia sounded like she was happy that people were chasing her.

Xylia didn't lose her bright smile. "But I didn't let them. No, because they would've hurt Maho!" She held up her sorry-looking teddy bear. One ear had been chewed off, stuffing was spilling out of various cuts, and all that was left of its left eye was a criss-cross 'X' in yellow thread. Xylia should've tossed it out, but didn't. "My tweddy bear would've gutten hurtie," she said in a baby voice.

Xylia was shocked when Jacob ran. She followed, being a lithe and fast, quickly caught up. Jacob tripped when he looked back. "Don't kill me..."
Xylia looked down at him. "Why would I? Well, except for the fact you ran off before I finished...do you know how rude that is?" Xylia pouted. "Now me and Mr. Moha here are swad!"

Shade appeared behind Jacob, a hand on the frightened kid's shoulder. He recognized him. He was once a soldier of Gaea, but Terry had told him it was because of his sister. Shade blinked at Xylia. A daughter of Mania...she was crazy, alright. Shade knew what it was like to feel insane. The chaos that had once swelled up and swallowed his mind was nothing but darkness. So he would try and understand this girl. And try to be kind.
