(Gaaaah, I was thinking Olympian Dreams, I changed it.)
"Not at all. I actually like that." Shade looked at her to meet her eyes and return the smile.

(I was just on there! xD)
"Really?" I said brightly. "Most people think that's annoying." I laughed.

Shade leaned over to look her in the eyes. "Well I think it's wonderful. It makes conversations interesting, and it shows you have an opinion of your own."

Again, without warning. He didn't think about pulling back though. At this moment, it was no surprise she would. Shade had asked for it when he leaned over. Shade closed his eyes. He was glad that his first girlfriend was Caroline.

I pulled back and brushed some stray strands of hair off his face. "Have you ever dated another girl before me?"

Shade was speechless for a second. He pulled back at the same time she did. "No, no I haven't. You?" Shade hadn't known any other demigod but Dodge his whole life until he arrived at camp.

I shook my head. "Nope. I was the weird freak in school. They stayed away from me. Apparently, they thought it was contagious or something."

"Well, I think you're the opposite of a weird freak. All of us demigods are weird." Shade said. It was true. Mortals would always think the demigods were weird.

"Thanks. I personally think mortals are weirder than us. I mean, how can they fall for the mist so...easily?"

I frowned. "They see what they want to believe..." I repeated. "But...my mom could see through the mist!"

"There are some cases of mortals that can see through it very well. They usually catch the attention og a god or goddess." Shade informed her.

"Threatening people, terrorists." He shrugged, also thinking about it.

(Fuck!! Hehe, don't mind my language. Boy, it really filled up...)
I laughed. "I wonder what a hydra would look like to them."

"A Komodo dragon?" He laughed. Maybe they would think it was an extinct dinosaur or something.

I frowned. "I don't know how the mist will pull off the multiple heads. Especially the one that breathes fire."
